The more I think about any time of the year where you don’t
have to deal with Amway bullshit and Amway assholes is the most wonderful time
of the year!
But you know what I mean. The holiday season is upon us. Busy
busy and I’m so glad I don’t have to combine happy happy holiday stuff with depressing
Amway bullshit.
In our family we alternate who has everyone over on
Christmas day and that person cooks the turkey and everyone else brings other
dishes. But as we all get older and marriages and new families we all kind of
split off. You can’t make everyone happy all the time and you have to divide
your time once new relatives come on the horizon. That still means getting
together with everyone at some point or another around Christmas Day. Add on to
that all the Christmas baking and shopping and all the other activities. How do
people in Amway manage it all? They don’t. Amway activities come first. Family
get togethers take a back seat.
All the bananas that help on this blog are swamped this time
of year enjoying the holidays so we’re slowing things down. Can’t be everywhere
at once. The bananas who provide content must be too busy with more important
things this month because the well is currently empty. The banana who manages
the blog and posting is swamped with other stuff and so is the comment
moderator so they don’t have a lot of free time to help out here right now. All
of that combined means there will be less posts being uploaded in December and
a slow down in approving the comments for publishing. And a slow down in me
looking and responding. Its December. No big surprise we’re all busy.
That’s the joy of
not
being in Amway – we all have lives! And we all love the holiday season especially
when we don’t have the Amway stress added on to it.
All you former ambots know exactly what I mean right!
Got a couple of reprints coming up, unfortunately not one of
my favorites because the banana who posts doesn’t like posting photos but I
still have a couple of fun ones coming. Just not coming that fast.
And really people. Do you want to spend the holiday season
reading blogs? Get away from the computer. Go for a walk on the beach. Go
caroling. Go to a Christmas pageant.
And for those who are struggling with a loved one caught
inside the Amway cult I hope you don’t end up with any shitty Amway products
under the Christmas tree. I hope your ambot doesn’t destroy your holidays. It’s
a hard time of the year when you see someone you love being emotionally and
financially destroyed by this evil. I hope things get better and you get some
joy this Christmas.
Happy holidays!
Arghhh.........Anna, say it ain't so. Alas, whatever shall I do for a laugh at 4:00 a.m.? I can't get through a day without my Anna fun.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas.
CASSETTE TAPE
Hi Cassette Tape. Not going anywhere. Just slowing down to accommodate everyone's busy times over the holidays. 4am? Who's up that early? That's when ambots are just going to bed!
DeleteHey... I go to bed at 4 am... it's 4:35 right now. I always look at your blog before noding off. This makes me sad
ReplyDeleteHey Nick. Don't be sad we're just slowing down this month cause everyone's busy. Even the readers are too busy to look at blogs in December. There's only been about 700 readers today so readership has dropped a bit. Going to bed at 4am. I thought that was just for people in Amway doing the night owl and after night owl meetings!
DeleteThat and janitors. Honestly it's the greatest. You know what traffic's like at 3am? Probably similar to traffic in heaven.
DeleteNick - I'm sure there are many shift workers up and about at 4am or going to bed around then. You'd think traffic would be light everywhere at 3am. Not so.
DeleteI've gotten up at 3 a.m. for over a decade (ever since I got into Mary Kay) She established a 5 a.m. club but I thought that was for wimps, hence the 3 a.m. get up time. In the last few months I've been trying to make myself stay in bed till 4 a.m. It's hard to do. Mornings are awesome. I get to read Anna the Banana (but I have to laugh very quietly) and do other computer research. And, no, I don't sell Mary Kay anymore. I was sent an anonymous e-mail years ago to PinkTruth.com and it rocked my world. It's another anti-mlm blog. It's awesome.
ReplyDeleteI read Fox News the TheBlaze every morning after I read your blog. If I get too depressed reading the news, it's back to Anna.
I don't know who you are and probably never will, but that's O.K. Just know lots of people think you're great!
AGain, Merry Christmas
CASSETTE TAPE
Hey Cassette Tape. I'm mostly sleeping at 3am! and 4am. And 5am!
DeleteCassette Tape,
DeleteAn anonymous email - that is a fantastic thought. I may have to figure out how to anonymously send a link to the Merchants of Deception book. Doubt my friend would disobey upline and read it, but I have to keep trying until something reaches him.
C'mon, Anna. Don't you know sleep is for slackers.
ReplyDeleteFreedom is having wonderful job. Jobs are awesome. They provide all the necessities in life as well as stability. I'm thankful to my boss. Oh, wait. That would be me! I love hard work and will work until I can't anymore; then I will volunteer. Can't wait for that. My goal is to visit hospitals and rock crack babies and read to patients in nursing homes. Wouldn't that be a blast? I want to read the classics. O.K., sorry for rambling.
CASSETTE TAPE
LOL - sleep is for slackers! Haven't heard that in years. Not since the last Scamway meeting I went to! LOL!
DeleteOh my god don't tell an Amway ambot what your goal is. First off its not a greedy materialist thing. Second if you don't do it the Amway assholes will taunt you - just think of all those rock crack babies who are dying because you're not visiting them.
Ambots are so insistent on you having a dream, but if your dream doesn't involve Amway, they might call it stupid or that you'll never achieve it without Amway. If that happens, I like the idea of calling the ambot a negative dream stealer and storming out of the meeting.
DeleteThat's very true Anonymous. The biggest negative dream stealers around are Amway ambots.
DeleteFREEDOM IS-- sitting on top of my beautiful world of excess-- that's excess in-- happiness, fortune, good friends, loving family, and laughing at all the wanna-be big business owners that come to your blog and try to call you a looser.
DeleteMerry Christmas :-)
Ambot Dick - that sounds like a good place to be sitting! Merry Christmas to you too!
DeleteThank you, Anna, for your Christmas & Holiday Wishes! Wishing you & your family a very Merry Christmas & a wonderful 2014 ahead too! Thanks also for your awesome Blog - helping everyone around-the-World! xo :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you for reading the blog Anonymous. Hope you have a great Christmas and are enjoying the holidays!
DeleteThanks again dear, Anna! Sorry I forgot to write my 'name' - it was me; Lady G!...Merry Christmas to all your Readers too - Cheers!
