What Happens If You Don’t Attend Amway Meetings?

An ambot who must be on the verge of quitting posed the question “if you don’t attend Amway meetings what happens” into the old Google search engine.
Well first of all and most importantly you will feel a tremendous amount of relief that you have escaped from an Amway cult meeting! No brainwashing tonight!

The next thing that happens is that you’ll be up shit creek with your Amway upline. Remember how when you were a kid and your mother used to bitch at you everytime you brought a frog or snake into the house? Well your mama ain’t got nothing those Amway assholes who will bitch and bitch and bitch because you didn’t show up for a meeting!

When you’re a brainwashed Amway ambot there ain’t NOTHING in your life that comes ahead of Amway. NOTHING!

If you skip a meeting because your spouse or family has something else planned or you got called in to work, the fucking assholes in your Amway upline will phone and text and bitch and bitch and bitch at you for missing a “very important” Amway meeting. And they ain’t done giving you shit just for the one meeting. The sack of shit Platinum will mock and ridicule you to the group of people who did who up for the Amway meeting and the next time you show up the sack of shit Platinum will mock you and embarrass you in front of the other ambots for your disobedience because you have a life and had something else to do than go to a fucking Amway cult meeting.

So that answers the question of the hell you’ll go through by the Amway upline assholes if you miss an Amway meeting.

And really why even do an Internet search to find the answer to that question because you pretty much know the answer because you’ve been to other Amway meetings when an ambot didn’t show up and listened to the Amway cult leader rant about it for an hour. You know what’s going to happen when those Amway assholes gossip about the missing ambot. You’ve heard it before and been part of the ambot group mentality who laughed at the expense of the dumb ass ambot who dared not to show up for an Amway cult meeting.

The bigger picture is once you miss an Amway meeting then its easier to miss another Amway meeting and then another and another and then skip the next Amway function. That’s what the upline Amway assholes are afraid of. Missing ambot = missing money going into their pockets. Once an ambot stops going to Amway meetings and listening to the fucked up Amway assholes on CDs and functions they begin to deprogram themselves and stop buying shitty overpriced useless Amway products. With a clearer head they realize they’re not making money in Amway and start looking around on the Internet and realize that 99% of IBO’s lose money. That suggests that “success is not right around the corner” as the Amway upline assholes pretend it is.

Yup. Good bye! See ya!

But hey what happens if you still want to hang out with the assholes in your Amway upline? Maybe you actually like the destructive bastards. You can still be friends right?

Nope. Amway assholes are only friends with people who pay them to be friends by buying Amway products and motivational tools. These greedy bastards are not friends with anyone who is not giving them money.

So besides saving time and money what happens if you don’t attend an Amway meeting?

Once you get past the shit kicking the Amway upline assholes give you and that abuse is going to make most people not want to go to any more Amway meetings then a peaceful calm descends over your life once again. You start to get your financial situation under control. Emotionally you start to get your life back on track and repair relationships you destroyed while in the Amway cult.

The best part is you no longer have to put up with Amway assholes!

It is so liberating to say to your Amway upline: FUCK YOU!

Or in the case of this blog: fuck you Amway assholes!

    1. Ha ha . Good on you. It says right in Amway literature that buying tools is optional and if you don't buy them your upline is still supposed to help you. However the assholes in your upline tell you if you don't buy the tools they won't work with you and if you complain to Amway they don't give a shit.

    2. We baught no tools and brought some people to home plans. Platinum can't kick us out or be rude infront of prospects. There's a no crosslining communication. But home plans where easy enough to find times and location. Actually showing home plans is good . People are going to sign up or not at home plans. No need to hype anything. With the internet u can show prospects YouTube videos of the marketing plans and lifestyles. No need for any upline support

  2. Maybe you should just forgive and move on. Do something more useful with your time than sit and waste time writing about Amway. You aren't hurting them, just yourself. Give up the hatred that consumes you.

    1. Theres a lot of ambots who would love us to go away because this blog gets the word out what its like putting up with a bunch of fucking assholes in your Amway upline. You don't like what you read, don't come back.

    2. Sounds like somebody is the proud owner of a 1979 honda hatchback with amway stickers on the back window!

    3. The idea isn't so much to hurt the Amway folk luring in prospects, but more so to confirm, or help potential IBOs realize Amway is likely going to be a very dangerous proposition.

  3. A bit of advice for anyone who doesnt feel like attending a scamway function: sack up and learn to curse like a sailor. Tell your upline that unfortunately you wont be able to attend the important meeting because you will be busy with his mother, who also charges $125, happy ending included.

  4. Have you heard of a another MLM scam called It Works Global? Looks like a dressed up sorority girl version of Amyway. I have a relative who has gone hog wild into this, using Facebook to continually bombard anyone and everyone with before and after pictures of what their signature product, the Skinny Wrap, does. And they sell a bunch of over-priced supplements and beauty aids with outrageous claims. With Facebook, you can trace the "likes' and comments of their cult members and discover that they all copy and paste each others photos-the most recent being before and after of a toddler with severe eczema who was cured by drinking their product called Greens. And anyone who challenges them is said to waging "a spiritual attack" against the company. They are changing peoples lives, according to God's will.

I had an ambit drive 3 hours to try and pitch me back in the mid-70"s. Not a chance, my friend.

    1. Hi Dan. Most of these MLM's are scams. Sorry to hear you have a relative who's gotten brainwashed and will be bombarding you with the good life that awaits all who sign up with this cult. The only thing that's changed in Amway since the 70's is they have more higher priced products and the desperation has increased. Same old scam.

    2. I am very concerned about my sister who is also brainwashed by It Works. What gets me is the outrageous claims that the Greens can make you less acidic, and all people who have cancer have a Ph that is negative....and how Confianza is a natural way to treat ADHD, instead of harmful drugs. They are preying on people's emotions. Sad and disgusting. I am very concerned about my sister as she is so brainwashed that even her own husband sees it, but she won't listen.

    3. Hi Anonymous. Sorry to hear about your sister. Haven't heard of what you're talking about but one cult is pretty much the same as another in the way it destroys people's lives. Sometimes you have to let them hit bottom on their own before they snap out of it. Hope things turn out well.

  5. I see amway anounced sales of 400 million this year. I guess thats 200 million more bonuses for the big pins and a hundred thousand new ibos giving up their money and time.

  6. Decided to see how many other families have been ruined by Amway & came across your blog today. My husband & I have been in "the business" for...11 years. ELEVEN YEARS. In total, we've had maybe 4 people sign up under us & one of those was his dad. The other 3 either dropped out shortly after or just signed up & then disappeared off the face of the planet. We have a few customers, my grandma & mom, but no one ever wants to buy anything because it's too expensive or they are afraid that we'll try to drag them in. We've never hit over 300PV but have attended basically every function because heaven forbid we miss hearing the same information AGAIN. My husband said if we weren't platinum by my 30th birthday that he'd quit. That was almost 3 years go & he's still claiming that he's going to make it work. We have pictures of dreams posted all over the house & he just took work off this afternoon to "show the plan". I'm TOTALLY over it. I feel like he talks to his upline more than he talks to me & he definitely cares more about it than he cares for me. We have 4 kids & I honestly don't know what to do. :(

    1. Hi Anonymous - well you've come to the right place. Around here we all know what its like being married to an ambot. 11 years! So much for being Amway gazillionaires after 2 to 5 years of working 10 to 15 hours a week and have barrels of cash in residual income rolling in each month. We've all been scammed by that lie! Yup to everything you said. Could have written it myself except for the longevity part. Getting to 300PV was probably mainly your own sales and running up the credit card. No one ever wants to buy anything Amway because its too expensive for generic and substandard products. You can get better prices, better quality, and better selection just about everywhere else you shop. And yes they say the exact same things at every Amway cult meeting and god forbid you miss a meeting to hear the same old broken record shit. You got to get out for your kids sakes. Last year we featured several posts written by kids of ambots and they are hearty wrenching. They can't go to other kids birthday parties because the parents counselled with upline and were told to buy more Amway products instead of buying a present for the birthday kid. Parents never home. Parents love Amway more than the kids. Parents leaving their kids alone in a hotel room to watch TV while they attend an Amway function. Meanwhile kids are running loose around town. Your upline have convinced your husband that he can't quit now, not when success is right around the corner. Probably some bullshit about he's not making millions in Amway because he's not trying hard enough. Amway is a blame the victim scam instead of admitting the system is set up for failure. Amway's own literature shows that less than 1% of IBO's make money. That's over 99% failure rate. Amway is an expensive social/buying club. I think you need to get an interventionist involved to get your husband out of this cult and to get your life back on track. Its not fair to any kids to be brought up into a cult. They will only resent you when they get older and end up telling their story on blogs like this. You got to do what you have to to make sure you and your kids have a life that's not doomed to poverty and dreams of riches that will never happen. Do you have a financial planner, a therapist, or a lawyer that you can talk to for more advice? Good luck and let us know what happens.

    2. Although I've posted a joke here, your situation is definitely no joke. Eleven years!! That's insane. Since getting him to quit isn't working, please try convincing him to take a break: no cd's, no functions, no meetings, no product. Three months MINIMUM break, and he can't get involved unless he formulates a solid plan for meeting prospects and getting them signed up. I'm talking a real business-plan quality plan, not just going to meetings and hoping the recruiting fairy will drop off a prospect at the next meeting.

Unless his plan involves spending his weekends trolling strangers at the mall/church/AA meetings/soup kitchens/college campus, he has no plan at all.

      It's worth a try.

Meanwhile, you're going to have to wear the pants in the family. You're going to have to put your foot down and demand that not another dime goes into Amway until all bills and debts are paid, your retirement and kids college funds are caught up, etc.

      Good luck.

  7. What Happens If You Don’t Attend Amway Meetings?

This reminds me of an old joke. What do you get when you play a country music record backwards?

You get your house back, your truck back, your wife back ...

  8. "What happens if you don't attend an Amway meeting?" Let's see, you will have WAY more money. You will have LOTS of free time to HAVE FUN! You will socialize with family and acquaintances in a normal manner (people are not prospects...THEY ARE PEOPLE!).

Let's see, not going to Amway meetings will make you human again. You will develop feelings...you will be happy and show it, you will be sad and show it, you will be mad and show it, you will be surprised and show it. You will also see the beauty in OTHER things NOT Amway! You will enjoy Starbucks again, you will feel Six Flags Great America is EPIC, you will be able to fall in love without making sure you have your significant other assimilate into Amway!

You will also begin to see that being an independent entrepreneur is an idea (your idea-something born from you), not some else's gimmick. You will finally understand that the true fortune in this world is family and friends, we're not here very long, let's share our time with them as much as we can before we all go!

Not going to Amway meetings makes you...YOU again, the same, unique, and amazing individual you used to be before Amway came along to make everything Amway! Not going to Amway meetings makes you special and genuine, not to mention a rather interesting person with all your flaws and virtues!

Don't go to Amway meetings anymore, just be you again ok!

  9. I can't believe what I am reading. I have been telling my family and friends that I think my sister is being brainwashed by these people and everything I am reading sounds just like her and the things she is telling me about "the business". Thank you for this blog. Now I just need to figure out how to talk to her without her getting defensive.

    1. Hi Anonymous. Sorry to hear about your sister. Yes Amway is a cult. Brainwashing is part of the tactics. They want your sister to spend all her time attending Amway meetings, listening to Amway CDs, and spending every free minute with other cult followers. Look on the right hand side of the page for a link to a free ebook called Merchants of Deception. I think it will help you understand what your sister has gotten herself into and hopefully you can get her to read it too.

  10. Interesting blog. My wife and I just joined on the first of the month. At first I was skeptical, I told my buddy who got us, how do I know this is gonna work? And the only thing that convinced me was his sister and her husband who have been in a Lil less than a year. She has quit her job because her income is supplemented already. So I'm like if she could do it I can do it. But I'm doing the math and I think I will be spending 5k this year, to maintain 150pv on my end. Not including, events, gas, and maintaining the standing order and membership. Dunno, I'm split between quiting and giving it a try. Cause I still think like the masses lol. It's 5k, I used the Lil calculator on Amway and I think I will need at least 4 to do their 150pv. And yeah no wants to buy anything cause prices are high. Still debating about attending the spring leadership event, cause it would cost 250, so I have some hope it would work but reading this blog makes me wanna quit lol.

    2. Her sister and husband are probably better sales types and recruiters. The cult leaders will try to convince us selling is not mandatory. But this is multilevel sales or direct sales. Majority of the population can't sell squat.

  11. Finally a blog that makes sense. I went scouring the internet for fellow amway haters because every now and then my recurring angry spells come to surface. A few years ago I was duped by wwdb in edmonton. At first, our so called uplines would not tell us what the business was just that they were entrepreneurs and would be set to retire within two years. Of course that sparked interest. I was then invited to see some speaker, they wouldn't tell me what it was. After the meeting it seemed like a good idea and impressive because there were a lot of people wide eyed, smiling taking down notes. Then the manipulation and brainwashing occurred. So many meetings and empty promises. Telling us that a mortgage was a death grip. Telling us that they were going to actively help in signing up people below us and build our business. That never happened instead we needed to read more and listen to CDs of some southern baptist preach a bunch of motivational nonsense. If we weren't succeeding it was our fault we weren't in the right mindset. This particular couple that uplined our uplines claimed that the wife was retired when in all actuality she was spending 80 hours a week selling books, CDs, going to meetings, and these stupid ass events where all the brainwashees go to worship the few people who are cashing in off everyone's stupidity. I can't tell you how fake our uplines became and how every relationship always had an ulterior motive. We lost family over this or our "uplines". We couldn't take the fakeness and the lies. Needless to say no one is retired within two years. Lol. I could go on and on there is so much shit wrong with world wide dream schemers.

    1. Hi Anonymous. Thats why we call WWDB World Wide Destructive Bastards. As you figured out they're all about destroying relationships. Everything you've said is the typical Amway experience. Yup this blig makes sense if you want to bitch about the assholes in your Amway upline and all the lies those fuckers tell you - like that fairy tale of being rich and retiring in 2 years. This blog doesn't make sense if you're a brainwashed Amway ambot and you love your upline and you love Amway products and theres nothing more important in your life than Amway. Of course people like that aren't reading this blog unless they're even more seriously fucked in the head over and above the damage Amway does.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
