Join Amway For Exciting Changes? Or Just More Bullshit?

At just about every Amway meeting we attended we were told that we’d come on board at just the right time. Now is the beginning of what is gearing up to be a huge increase in Internet sales of Amway products. Exciting changes are just about to happen in the Amway business. This is huge!

I could have sworn we heard the same pitch many years ago too!

We were shown charts of how this trend was supposed to occur over the next few years with sales going up. This chart was part of the business plan flip cards that were shown at every Amway meeting.

There might be some changes but whether or not they’re exciting is debatable. I’m not really here to discuss Amway policy and what changes are going on in their company. This blog exists to curse out my former upline and inform others what it was like living with an Ambot.

Here are the (not-exciting) changes I observed in Ambot:

1. he got into huge arguments with people he normally got along well with who didn’t want to come to Amway meetings
2. he sneered at people who had J.O.B.s and weren’t willing to consider an Amway career
3. he was very rude to friends who weren’t interested in supporting his business by buying overpriced Amway products
4. he dropped whatever he was doing to respond to phone calls or text messages from the upline who wanted him to haul his ass to where they were for whatever they deemed was more important
5. he quoted Amway speak constantly and parroted whatever his upline brainwashed him into repeating
6. he questioned everything I did and how that was making him money in his Amway business
7. he had the brainwashed delusion that his upline sponsor was some sort of god and therefore we must lick his asshole
8. he became a slob around the house littering his Amway garbage wherever he happened to be and refused to put the consumed items containers into the garbage or recycling bin
9. he used his previously debt free credit card for Amway related purchases including treating the entire upline out for meals and maxed it out
10. he became increasingly agitated, argumentative, rude, and snobbish
11. he accused everyone with different points of view (from his upline) of being negative

The changes since Ambot got out of the cult are a lot more positive. Becoming a nice person again is one. Despite the upline’s proclamations that being in Amway makes you a nicer person to distract the IBO’s from paying attention to the money they’re not making, I’m here to dispute that and say NO FUCKING WAY does being an IBO make you a nicer person. As a group mentality they might all put on a fake nicey nice act at functions and seminars but in private they’re nasty, surly, unapproachable sorry excuses for human beings. Funny how losing money in Amway can change a person’s personality especially since the upline brainwashes them into thinking the reason they’re not succeeding is because they’re not trying hard enough or because they’re losers.

I’m here to say watching someone getting brainwashed by the Amway cult is not an exciting change.

And one more time from marriedtoanambot let’s just send another big old FUCK YOU out to Amway Scamway and their scammer army of Ambots.

  1. Those eleven changes you describe are frightening. It's as if Ambot were possessed by some kind of evil spirit. What is prominent in all of the changes is the anger, the fury, the resentment, and above all the frustration. It's hard to see how your husband could possibly have been "happy" with that kind of poison bubbling inside of him!

Amway "makes you a better person"? What a lie.

    1. Anonymous - Amway does not make you a better person - that's only bullshit peddled by the fucking assholes in the Amway upline to explain that if you don't get rich in their pyramid scheme at least you'll become a better person. I don't see how anyone who's the victim of financial and emotional distress can refer to Amway as how they became a better person.

These evil changes that happened after becoming a member of the Amway cult are very important to get out there. Frightening chilling changes. The Amway cult got a grip on him. He put up with being abused by the fucking assholes in the Amway upline who flew into rages when any of the followers dared disobedience. Amway is a horrifying experience and if our experiences help others to stay away from this evil cult then this blog is worth it.

  2. This blog has fucked over Amway so badly that it has become next to impossible to recruit a new IBO into your down-line, at least in North America. And the foreigners are starting to get wise too.

    1. Anonymous - these days people are more likely to research on the Internet before making purchases or signing up to buying clubs. Especially more so when the Amway cult leaders advise prospects not to look up their scam on the Internet. LOL. When you tell people not to do something they're going to be curious why not and check out online.

  3. Every time someone joins a cult (whether religious, political, social, or business-linked), he is subtly but effectively changed. His personality begins to reshape itself in ways that support his new belief system. The leaders of the cult and fellow members encourage this and reward it, and they punish the members who are resistant to it.

The most important characteristic of a mentally free and independent person is the ability to THINK FOR YOURSELF. It is the refusal to allow others to manipulate you into doing or believing that which you don't want to do, or that which you question.

Everything in Amway is designed to destroy your intellectual independence, as a prelude to destroying your financial independence.

At a very deep level, the human mind resists this kind of manipulation and destruction, which is the reason cult members show all the signs of anger and resentment and viciousness that Anna describes in the above post.
They unconsciously sense that they have been poisoned.

And this is why those who escape from cults like Amway have a tremendous sense of liberation. They can say "I no longer BELIEVE IN THE BULLSHIT!" It's a great relief to them.

    1. Anonymous - our sack of shit Platinum always accused me of being "uncoachable". Translate that into unbrainwashable. I refused to be sucked into ScAmway and wasn't impressed with the lies, the bullying, the bullshit propaganda, and the overpriced shitty products being flogged.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. There's over 1000 spam comments left here each month. We don't check them. We just delete them. If your comment landed in spam - sucks to be you!
