Hate Or Love The Amway Upline?

I had a newly signed up IBO stop by to claim they would never spend “insane” amounts of money on Amway. I had detailed some of the basic monthly expenses each IBO has to shell out in order to keep in good standing with the assholes in their Amway upline in this post.  Oddly enough those “insane” amounts were minimal. CORE IBO’s would spend a lot more than that in purchasing Amway products and tools and sucking up to the assholes in their upline for a few fleeting moments of adoration and praise.

This new ambot also had this to say about their upline:

My uplines are amazing people, patient, never pushy, and very good people.

Ha ha! Excuse me while I PUKE!!!!!!!

I’m sure most ambots say that about their upline when they are new and are being gushed over and love bombed.

One of the first things an Amway ambot is convinced to do is to buy at least 100 PV in Amway products that first month they sign up. And of course every month thereafter. 100 PV = around $300. 100 PV = magical amount to qualify to receive a commission check from Amway. Buying 100 PV of Amway products means a commission check of about $10. If you happen to convince any friends and relatives to buy Amway products you will also earn a commission on those products too. Commission would come in extra PV plus depends on what price you sold the product to your friends to Amway’s wholesale or retail.

Don’t buy at least 100 PV in Amway products that month? You don’t get your puny Amway commission check. Even worse some fucking asshole in your Amway upline will phone toward the end of the month and bitch at you until you pull out the credit card. Still might phone and bitch at you to buy more Amway shit even if you bought at least 100 PV because some asshole further up the Amway upline has a “goal” to meet that month and needs the cult followers to buy more so they can reach whatever level it is they’re after.

How many Amway meetings in a week? That might depend on your upline and how many they have scheduled and what they have decided is a meeting. Sometimes they hold spur of the moment meetings and demand your immediate presence at a coffee shop or a prospect sniping session at the grocery store. Could be between 2 to 5 Amway meetings in a week. Maybe you got something better to do on one of those nights and skip a meeting. Expect a phone call or multiple texts from some asshole in your Amway upline to scold you. Before and after the meeting. Which means your phone will be ringing or text dinging through and beyond midnight. Miss a meeting = punishment from the fucking assholes in your Amway upline.

Not planning to attend an out of town Amway function? Why not? some asshole in your upline demands. You can’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. A life changing event. The biggest Amway event of the year. For starters it costs too much. Tickets, transportation, hotel, food, etc etc costs around $1000 maybe more. There’s a lot better things that can be done with that $1000 like your mortgage payment. Take a trip somewhere you really want to go to for starters. I mean who really wants to go to _______ for an Amway brainwashing convention. I’ll let the readers fill in the blanks. Not everyone wants to go to some out in the boonies location for a Scamway meeting. You miss an Amway function or even bring up beforehand that you’re probably not going and you’ll get a shit scolding from the Amway cult leaders.

How amazing, patient, never pushy and good are these people in the Amway upline now!!!! Ha ha ha!!!!

Of course people in Amway are going to be nice to you in the beginning. Then they set to work on brainwashing you. You must learn to be an obedient ambot or face the wrath of hell from the assholes in your Amway upline.

Even Jim Jones was loving and kind to his parishioners in the beginning when he met them. He wanted to expand the People’s Temple and he knew he could draw more followers by love bombing them instead of revealing to them from the beginning what an asshole he is. He convinced people they were handing their money over to the church and helping the poor and disadvantaged persons and curing the ill. Blessing and helping others. Holy fuck! The assholes in our Amway upline used those words!!!! Jim Jones was a master scammer and Amway cult leaders have learned from his techniques. Jim Jones didn’t start off new recruits ordering them around and demanding slave labor from them. Likewise the assholes in our Amway upline waited a couple months before wanting chores done around their house and demanding that their every whim be catered to. Jim Jones brainwashed people to move to a paradise in Guyana. No different than Amway cult leaders who brainwash their followers to believe they will be living in paradise after 2 to 5 years in Amway. The People’s Temple cult followers found themselves in a jungle that took hard manual labor to keep under control instead of living in a tropical paradise. Amway cult followers find themselves losing money and losing their families and friends instead of the promised luxury life. Jim Jones convinced his followers to drink Kool Aid and cyanide. Those who didn’t obey were shot. Ambots who don’t obey their Amway cult leader are emotionally murdered.

The Amway cult leaders have a love/hate relationship with their followers. Amway cult leaders are to be loved and worshipped and at the same time feared. Do not dare disobey or there will be hell to pay!

What happened to the loving supporting Amway upline who were gushing all over you and pumping you up to be the next “leader” when you signed up with Amway? Their true colors came out once they had you brainwashed and put you in the middle of their sick love/hate relationship to keep you under control.

Upline Amway assholes are the biggest fucked up two faced phonies around!

One more time let’s send out a big old FUCK YOU to Amway and their army of fucking Amway losers.

  1. That Amway IBO who wrote that his up-line was kind and patient and good to him might be telling the truth. It's certainly possible that some individual members of your immediate up-line might be that way.

But an up-line is not just one person! There are many others in your up-line far above him, and it's a sure bet that lots of them are horrid, nasty, vicious creeps who will have no problem calling you up and screaming at you for not spending enough money, for not coming to meetings, for not buying function tickets, and for not keeping your mouth shut about how much cash you're losing in the Amway racket.

The cruelty in Amway usually doesn't come from your immediate sponsor and up-line, who might very well be a friend or a relative. It comes from an Emerald or a Platinum far above him, who may not even know you well. Platinums are real pricks who are desperate to rake in cash, and to make their way up to the Diamond level. They're the ones who will order you around like a servant, make fun of you at meetings, and berate you for not buying enough tools.

Even if your immediate sponsor and up-line is a nice guy and continues to be so, you will find out soon enough that being in Amway is like being a raw recruit in a Marine training camp, with a hard-as-nails drill sergeant kicking your ass and giving you orders.

    1. Anonymous - you're right. There could be a few Amway upline who are kind and patient. But that's goes against the norm especially if it's past the love bombing stage. As you pointed out further upline are a bunch of horrid, nasty, vicious creeps who have no problem screaming and abusing the downline.

Remember in Amway one of the commandments is to duplicate your upline so if they scream and are nasty then so is the downline Ambot.

And yes most people are recruited into Amway by someone they know and probably like so they're probably nice to each. I on the other hand did not have that experience. LOL! A heads up to all Ambots out there. If someone's wife can't stand you - then that's not a good idea to keep pushing that guy to sign up to the Amway racket. You never know. You and the fucking assholes in your Amway upline could get a starring role in a blog or TikTok or YouTube video.

Take orders from people I don't like? LOL! Ain't happening!

    2. At least with the Marines, the orders and the ass-kicking serve a purpose: to transform weak young men into tough soldiers, who will know how to fight well, and how to survive in combat.

Many professional soldiers will say "Yeah, my drill sergeant was a real bastard -- but he made me a good soldier. Without his tough training, I would never have survived five minutes in combat."

But in Amway -- what the hell purpose does up-line abuse and insults and toughness serve? All it does is make you unwilling to complain about being cheated, and afraid to ask any critical questions about the Amway racket.

Abuse and insults from your Amway up-line just function as cover-ups for the real truth -- which is that Amway is a goddamned ripoff.

    3. That's right Anonymous. Anytime you want to make money off someone you want to be nice to them. When it comes to sales if someone is nasty, insulting, and demeaning - I'm outta there. I'll take my business to someone who wants it.

There's a post somewhere around here where the fucking assholes in the Amway upline got outraged when they heard we weren't driving all over hell's half acre to pick up the items from the Amway tool scam. The person who had them was meeting at a central location to make it convenient on everyone. Oh the screeching and bitching that went on from those upline fuckers that driving an hour our of our way and wasting gas to pick up Amway shit teaches us discipline. Like what the fuck do adults who've managed to save up to buy their home and keep current on payments need any more discipline to be responsible adults. My solution? Let's not buy books and CDs from the Amway tool scam anymore. It's too fucking inconvenient in more ways than one. And how the fuck does wasting money in the Amway tool scam and going out of our way to pick the shit up teach us discipline. Yeah just give me more reasons to dislike the fucking assholes in the Amway upline.

    4. Anna, what you have just described is what they call a "tell" in poker. That means a sign that reveals something very important about the cards being held in some other guy's hand.

The idea of picking up the stuff in one location was a sensible and intelligent one. It saved everybody time, gas money, and trouble. The screeching and bitching of the up-line was a real "tell" -- it showed that their main concern was to keep their down-line slavish and obedient and worn out, so that they would NEVER question up-line again. They didn't give a flying fuck about your convenience. They just wanted you to be slaves.

An IBO becomes free when he gets sick of this kind of stupid bullying, and tells his up-line to shove his goddamned Amway Ponzi scheme up his Diamond's ass.

    5. Anonymous - the other thing these Amway losers are doing is lowering morale. Smart employers who want to keep their employees (or commissioned sales reps) happy go the extra mile when it comes to employee retention. But Amway Ambots are not real business owners and wouldn't make use of good employee retention practices. And screaming at your employees and berating them means the staff won't be sticking around. Being abused by the Amway upline is one of the reasons 95% of Amway Ambots quit within 2 years.

    6. Absolutely correct. Smart employers would be understanding and polite to their staff, since they know that this is a big factor in retaining people.

But Amway up-line is not that smart. They are greedy bastards, desperately trying to climb the Amway superstructure up to Platinum and Diamond. They see their down-line as obstacles to this goal, and for that reason they get irrationally angry with them. The entire attitude of Amway up-line is contained in this sentence: "You're not working hard enough to help me get rich!"

  2. Anonymous - If you have staff who are making money for you and you want to keep them around - you don’t abuse them! Amway cult leaders are power, hungry freaks and follow the teachings of Hitler and Jim Jones In the mistaken belief that will keep their downline under their control and buying Amway shit forever!

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. There's over 1000 spam comments left here each month. We don't check them. We just delete them. If your comment landed in spam - sucks to be you!
