I found an article written by a lawyer that asks the question
- Is this a pyramid or a legitimate MLM? http://www.mlmlegal.com/pyramid.html
Here’s the checklist:
1. Product and Price
2. No Investment Required
3. Purchase and Inventory Requirements
4. Sales Commissions Sources
5. Buy-Back Policy
6. Retail Sales
7. Active Role for Distributors
8. Earnings Misrepresentations
9. Good Training
The first point about product and price, the first two sentences. Does the
company offer a high quality product for which there is a strong demand in the
real world marketplace? Is the product fairly priced and priced competitively
with similar products?
A brainwashed ambot will chant about how Amway offers high quality products and
they’re fairly priced due to their high quality. Fuck I’ve heard that over and
over so many times it makes me want to puke! To the first question I say
NO. Amway products are not high quality. For the most part they are generic or
substandard to similar products easily available in the marketplace. Amway
comes with a premium price tag for its low quality products so that answers the
second question about whether or not its fairly priced.
Is there any point in picking about the rest of the list? Click on the link and
read the descriptions and clearly Amway fails on the other 8 points too. Maybe
IBO’s can’t see it when they’re in Amway and brainwashed to believe everything
they read on the Internet is a lie but someone looking at this checklist with a
clear mind sees Amway getting a failing grade.
Pyramid scheme!!!!!
On the flip side a brainwashed ambot will look at every single point and also
says it applies to Amway. Good prices for good products, good training,
earnings are not misrepresented, they’ll brag about a return policy when
they’ve probably never tried to return anything themselves and had to deal with
Amway's I-don't-give-a-fuck customer service desk.
Those brainwashed ambots will justify every one of those points is further
proof that Amway is a legitimate MLM business.
No!
Its a pyramid scheme!!!! The proof is in the pudding. Just don’t eat
Amway’s shitty pudding
The entire Amway racket is a pyramid scheme. It is endless recruitment disguised with product movement.
ReplyDeleteYou got it Anonymous. And we're all waiting for the Amway pyramid to collapse. And then our work will be done.
