Searchers Thinking About Suing The Fucking Assholes In Their Amway Upline

We’re getting a lot of searchers checking this blog while looking for information to sue their upline in Amway.

Not sue Amway. Sue their Amway upline.

Here I want to say “Whew!” We never signed up any downline!

Unhappy customers and potential lawsuits are part of business. This is one of the reasons that real business owners buy insurance to cover them and their business assets and buy errors and ommissions insurance should they fuck up.

How many “serious business builders” in Amway purchase insurance to cover their asses in case their downline sues them? Not many is my guess. I never heard it brought up EVER at Amway business meetings where a lack of real business advice was always the order of the night.

Like these arrogant Amway bastards have overinflated opinions of themselves and couldn’t imagine that anyone would ever sue a fine upstanding honest citizen (gag gag gag!!!!) as themselves.

Sad to inform you I have no advice to give searchers who are thinking about suing their upline. Though I say “way to go!”

Sorry I can’t be of more help but this isn’t something I’ve really spent much time on other than updates I’ve read on other blogs.

Lies, deception, abuse, and fraud is all part of running an Amway business. Piss off the wrong person and they’ll sue you. Is running a pretend Amway business really worth the fear of getting sued by a former downline?

I admire anyone having the guts to take that route.

Good luck to anyone suing their fucking Amway upline bastards!

And let’s just send out another big old FUCK YOU to Amway and another big old FUCK YOU to all the fucking assholes in the Amway upline.

  1. America is a litigious society. Everybody in the world has that view of America where everyone is always suing everyone else for the slightest thing. I have no idea how realistic that view is but I think I am pretty safe in thinking that more law suits take place per capita in the US than in more other countries in the world.

Suing someone though, anywhere in the world, is a very expensive step to take. Both in terms of money and in terms of time and emotional toll. By the time you get to that point where you want to sue someone, you have already lost cash and are down on your funds. Can you afford a lawyer at this point? What basis are you going to sue on? The law of contract? Do you have a contract with your upline? Of course a contract does not have to be written but can you prove that a verbal contract existed and what its terms were and how that contract was breached by your upline? Were the terms of the contract such that they would be believed by the general "man in the street" or were they puffery or mean to be understood as hyperbole not genuine statements to be relied upon.

Do you want to sue on some tortious basis instead? Deceit perhaps? Seems to me that your upline is most likely to be as poor as you are and his/her upline as well.

All in all law suits are not going to be particularly profitable unless you are able to sue someone right at the top of the pyramid. If those people at the top are still running a viable business I doubt that anything you as an individual can do can stop them.

That leaves a class action where every Amway downline person gets together and hopefully finds a law firm that will take on the case. Maybe that could happen. Unfortunately you have a strange environment in the US where religion, politics and scammers are now indistinguishable. You would be going against one particular party and if justice ever was blind, it certainly does not appear to be today.

I think you can only cut your losses and let people know through fora like this one just how odious these things are. I get the impression this is a multi headed hydra though. Attack one of the heads and the others will come back at you. Sad to say but I am glad that I am not American.

    1. Hi Aussie Cowboy. That might be true that America is a litigious society but it's not always expensive especially if the suit goes through small claims court. For example I can sue someone for up to $12,500 and it costs me $75 to file. Maybe a bit more if I hire a process server to serve them or do it myself and save a few more bucks. If I sued for a lower amount there are lower filing costs. No lawyers involved and if there were then yes it could get costly. But say I got scammed out of $10,000 by the fucking assholes in our Amway upline plus I want to go after the motherfuckers for fraud and emotional distress I could pay $75 and request an amount up to $12,500 and then we appear before the judge who would decide how much money I'm going to get. I would have to rely on a couple of things to get the full amount I'm suing for. That the arrogant fucking asshole in the Amway upline feels they're above the law and doesn't show up to court in which case I get a judgement for the full amount I'm after. Or the arrogant prick shows up with their Amway attitude about how they're better than everyone else and pisses off the judge to the point they give me what I'm asking for. The problem most Amway ambots don't sue their upline is because often it is some loser who they actually liked and trusted and known awhile who scammed them into Amway or for whatever reason they actually like the fucker and just cut their losses and move along.

If more individual Ambots got sued by their downline this might make a real statement. It's like any industry you go into. Can you get sued as an individual as part of a suit filed against your company? That will make most people think twice about whether or not it's a financially risky operation for them to get involved with.

But getting back to suing the fuckers in the Amway upline. It's one thing to get a judgement and another thing to get the money. Everyone in Amway is a broke loser so they can't afford to pay a judgement. They likely don't own a home to put a lien on or a car of any value and probably get fired from their job for being an arrogant Amway prick so can't even garnishee wages. I'm sure an Amway cult leader has already come up with a handbook to give advice to Ambots who are getting sued. I wonder how much that costs as part of the Amway tool scam!

    3. Excellent points Anna. I had not realised that you could go to a small claims tribunal. I also hadn't realised how low the costs of bringing such a claim are.

I totally agree with you that it is very unlikely that your upline has any money to pay you. If they are taking the Amway stuff seriously they are throwing most of their cash into the fake business so they will not have any thing to pay you as their downline.

I also agree that the only reason you are in their downline is because you are friendly with them. By the time the relationship has soured and you realise how you have been scammed, you are probably over the 12.5K threshold but maybe you still have some reluctance to sue somebody who used to be a friend.

Like you said, if the law suits help to put this scam out of business that would be excellent. However given how long the scam has been in existence I feel it is like rats or cockroaches. Something that will always be around us but hopefully never in sight or in mind for most of us for most of the time.

    4. Anonymous - for sure a lot of people file small claims suits and hope to recover the money they lost. But for many others it's the principal of the thing. To make a point. They'll sue someone for $50 that might not have been repaid. Not because they care so much about the money - but to make that point. No one's gonna rip me off. And it's unlikely that a person would ever recover any money from an Amway Ambot cause they're all a bunch of broke losers. But with that judgement you can hit the Internet and warn others that this motherfucker scammed you. And got sued. And didn't pay their judgement. In this country it's not against the law to tell the truth. And Amway and their army of Ambots hates that!

  2. Suing your immediate up-line for a limited amount of money in small-claims court is possible, but as Anna says, your up-line may be just as imposed-upon as you, since he also has an up-line who may be financially abusing him. Both of you are probably victims.

Suing the Amway Corporation is really impossible, since the company has plenty of cash and legal talent to defend itself fully. An individual IBO has no chance. Besides, Amway's contract with you has a clause that requires formal arbitration of your complaint in lieu of going to court.

I agree with Aussie Hillbilly that running a blog like this one is the best revenge on Amway, and also the most effective. This blog has been going on for many years, and has publicized the evils of Amway all over the word, to millions of people. It has revealed the dirty truth about Amway, and has saved thousands of persons from the bad mistake of signing up in the Amway racket.

Since this blog was started by Anna, the Amway Corporation has lost BILLIONS of dollars! And its finances are still in a downward spiral. What could be better than that?

    1. Anonymous - yup if we're part of the reason that Amway has lost billions of dollars over the years - then we're happy! Yeah! Get the word out about these Amway motherfuckers and how we got scammed. And the upline abuse. And of course Amway losers show up to leave abusive comments so they provide that proof about how evil Amway is without us having to do so LOL!

Of course suing an Amway Ambot in small claims court and winning is just the satisfaction of making a point. It's almost impossible to actually recover the money from a broke Amway loser. But if I'd gotten a judgement I could have posted it all over the Internet so others don't get scammed by that rotten little Amway motherfucker and know what a piece of shit they are. An Amway loser wants to make my life miserable I am happy to return the favor. Suing a person rather than a corporation makes it all that more personal. And sends a message not to fuck with me.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. There's over 1000 spam comments left here each month. We don't check them. We just delete them. If your comment landed in spam - sucks to be you!
