My story of what its like to be married to an Amway cult follower. I expose the lies that our upline told and what happens at Amway meetings and functions. I leave the explanations of why Amway is a poor business opportunity or the tool scam to other bloggers. This blog mainly exists to curse out my former upline, aka the cult leaders, and to let everyone know what kind of idiots I had to put up with. Feel free to join in or live vicariously!

Amway IBOs Brag That Amway Invented The Refund Policy
10 comments:
Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!
If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
I am a firm believer in return policies. If i spend $30 on makeup that i dont end up liking in natural light you best believe i am returning it. You should have the right to return something you spent your hard earned money on if you dont like it... Specially overpriced Amway crap. I worked for a dept store that prided their brand on their return policy.... They "dont have one" ( it legit isnt written however the employees may hassel you if you seem to be abusing it). THAT is something to use as an argument not oh well we have a return policy. Everyone has a return policy. Sweet jesus the grocery store has a return policy. I have a childhood friend who is into this shit and always posts about becoming rich and traveling the world. Hasnt happened yet. My friend fails to post the money spent to attempt this dream.
ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous. Your friend in Amway will never be rich until they get out of the Amway cult and start to get their finances back under control. The only ambots who have a chance to make money are at the top of the pyramid and selling tickets down the pyramid to hear them talk.
DeleteDo you have any comments from these ambots? I am curious to see what they have to say. I dont have a fancy college degree but common sense says I am not going to get rich on the cult like pyramid scheme they try to sell.
ReplyDeleteThere's comments all over this website and all over the Internet. Ambots are so dumb they like to spread it all over making fools out of themselves. And all Ambots have a fancy college degree from Amway University that gives them an automatic degree in everything! LOL! The only ones who get rich in pyramid schemes are those at the top. You'll never convince an Amway Ambot of that. They'll come back screeching "your job is a pyramid" or something equally stupid.
DeleteThat story kind of reminds me of when I was a kid in the grocery store with my father. I asked Dad to buy me the box of cereal that offered inside the box a coupon for a free ice cream bar. Took it home, opened the box and the "coupon" inside said to mail it in and wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to mail back the coupon for the "free" ice cream. Now what kid is going to buy a stamp and envelope and fill it out to get a coupon for a single crummy ice cream bar a month down the road? Probably none. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the founders of Amway who figured out that deceptive way to trick a kid.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous - that sucks! Usually when you got to mail in its to get an actual thing, like send in 3 or 5 proof of purchase from the cereal box and get a stuffed animal or a beach bag or something. If there's a coupon to get something free it would either be floating around inside the cereal box or you have to clip it off the cardboard box. A couple of years ago I got a coupon for a bunch of bananas when I bought a cereal. Of course I pretty much had to eat the cereal first before destroying the box to get to the coupon.
DeleteLL Bean has has a return policy since they're founding over a hundred years ago.
ReplyDeleteHi AP. See>> I just KNEW Amway did NOT invent the refund policy no matter how much Ambots go around bragging about it! LOL!
DeleteActually, Timothy Eaton (of Eaton's in Canada, now bought out) had a refund policy "Goods Satisfactory or Money Refunded" (as far as I can tell) since he started his business in 1869. And even then, he's probably not the first, but he made the concept popular.

Hi AnonKF - sounds like a good slogan! I'd say a lot of business have made the refund concept popular. Not Amway. No matter how much Amway Ambots try to bullshit us into thinking Amway invented the refund policy.
