My story of what its like to be married to an Amway cult follower. I expose the lies that our upline told and what happens at Amway meetings and functions. I leave the explanations of why Amway is a poor business opportunity or the tool scam to other bloggers. This blog mainly exists to curse out my former upline, aka the cult leaders, and to let everyone know what kind of idiots I had to put up with. Feel free to join in or live vicariously!

Dear Santa. An Amway Ambot Letter To Santa
The Amway way to financial success is to self consume and "buy from your own store".
Ambots are ALWAYS on the naughty list!

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!
If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. There's over 1000 spam comments left here each month. We don't check them. We just delete them. If your comment landed in spam - sucks to be you!

I remember they discontinued the makeup setting spray after two months of launching it. First of all, makeup setting spray has been a thing for some years now and Amway brought it out earlier THIS year. So when they discontinued it I told them that I was going to go buy one from Target because duh I need it...they told me no! If Amway doesn't sell it, how could I "cheat" on it? UGH! They told me to only use what Artistry sold and to deal with it. Nope, I got my setting spray.
ReplyDeleteHi Red Rose. Oh yeah. The fucking assholes in the Amway upline get totally livid when you tell them you're going to go out and buy what you need somewhere else. Artistry is lousy. Limited selection and high prices. I can get a wide selection at Target or Avon and buy what I need for a much lower price.
DeleteCan you believe these Amway assholes? Telling a woman that she can't buy the cosmetics she wants, simply because Amway doesn't sell those particular products?
ReplyDeleteIf Amway doesn't make canned chili, does that mean I can't buy a can of chili made by some other company?
I don't understand what the fuck is wrong with the mentality of Amway people, but I know this: there's something screwed up with their mental circuitry.
Anonymous - that's how it is when you're inside the Amway cult and putting up with those fucking assholes in the Amway upline. You have to ask permission for everything. It's the whole control thing. It's also missing out on a few pennies commission on a sale. If you're in the Amway cult you're only supposed to buy Amway shit and if Amway doesn't sell what you want then you buy something else.
DeleteIt's like going to Krispy Kreme to buy a gingerbread glazed doughnut but they're out and the cashier tries to convince you to buy chocolate glazed instead. But that's not what you want. Do you buy one anyway seeing as how you're there or do you go somewhere else and buy what you really want? And when you walk out the door to buy your doughnut somewhere else does the staff hurl insults after you?
It's that Amway IBOs don't really care about the customer. They see him as merely a convenient cash-resource. They don't build up a friendly relationship with him in order to get him to come back again. If he doesn't buy, they feel free to insult him. The people at Krispy Kreme know that such behavior is stupid and self-destructive.
ReplyDeleteThe assumption pushed by your up-line is that, if you have an Amway customer (not an IBO himself in your down-line), you should do everything to sign him up. But that's counter-productive! If he actually likes certain Amway products and is buying them from you, what's wrong with that? Why should you drag him into the fucking Amway racket, with all the tension and friction and bad will that goes along with membership? You're likely to alienate him, and lose a customer.
In Amway, it's not about selling. It's always about RECRUITING. That's why some Amway assholes come here and brag that they haven't sold a thing in years, because all they do is encourage self-comsumption and recruitment among their down-line. What a confession! They are admitting that Amway is a pyramid-scheme racket.
