A reader attends their first Amway FED Free Enterprise Days and sums it up quickly:
I clearly remember my first(and last) FED, where many first time attendees were leaving the auditorium half way through. They seemed bored as fuck. I mean, who wants to sit through 6 hours of "Are you excited?", "If we can do it,you can do it too!" and "We love you and want to see you at diamond club" bullshit.
Ambots rushing to the stage to high five the speakers, and the constant cheering and wooing was really fucking lame.
Man, everytime I remember the wooing and cheering, it makes me wanna puke. The whole energy inside the auditorium was repulsive and phony. Yuck!
The fact that they call the damned function "Free Enterprise Day" is absurd. There is no "free enterprise" in Amway or any of its AMO subsystems. You are completely dominated by your immediate up-line, and also by your Platinum and Diamond further up the ladder.
ReplyDeleteYou can't make any serious decision without their OK. You have to attend every one of their stupid weekly meetings. You have to buy tapes, CDs, books, and any other "tools" that they offer to you. You have to meet a certain PV level every month just to be eligible for any money at all. Dare to miss a function, and you're excommunicated.
Is this anyone's idea of "free enterprise"? In Amway you're just a puppet on a string.
That’s right Anonymous. There is no freedom for Amway Ambots no matter how much they sling that word. They don’t have freedom to make their own decisions like whether or not to attend FED. The Great Amway God frowns upon any Ambot who doesn’t buy tickets to brainwashing functions, books, CDs, and other Amway tool scam requirements. Only Amway losers think that’s free enterprise LOL.
