Dream Stealers

Dream Stealers.

It almost sounds like alien invaders descending from an unknown universe ready to suck out the part of your body where your dreams are kept.

I constantly heard the term “dream stealers” during Amway meetings and then parrotted by Ambot.

In an accusatory tone he condemned our friends and relatives who didn’t support his business as dream stealers. “They’re trying to steal my dream” or “they don’t want my dreams to come true”. Those were terms he threw at me too as counselled by the assholes in his upline.

Its a stupid term used as a lame excuse by IBO’s to justify their failure at not making money in Amway. Everyone else is a dream stealer. Always blame other people.

There’s a Disney song about how a dream is a wish your heart makes. If your dream is in your heart then no one can steal your dream. Not without some surgical tools to slice you open and kill you by removing your heart.

So what was Ambot’s dream? It was whatever the upline told him his dream was. It had something to do with leaving me. That was the upline’s dream more than it was Ambot’s.

But how many of those upline fuckers ever asked me once what my dream was? Not a single one of them. I mean really, why would they? None of them gave a shit about me.

And they all probably could take a good guess at my answer: “To get Ambot the hell away from you bastards and quit Amway!!!”

What about IBOs who leave the cult. They’re also called dream stealers. They’re poison. Stay away from them or they’ll steal your dream too.

A dream is a thought, an idea. Its in your head and in your heart. Its not an actual entity. I’m not sure how you can lose something that is not an object like losing your car keys or your glasses. Or the cat got out of the house and is lost. Or I lost Ambot again at Lowes. Someone can steal the keys, the glasses, the cat, maybe even Ambot as attempted by the cult followers. If someone steals your car you call the police to report the theft. How can someone steal your dream? And how do you explain that one to the cops when you phone to report the theft?

“Aw, gee, my next door neighbor is a dream stealer and he stole my dream of owning a Porsche. I demand you arrest that son of a bitch and charge him with theft!”

“Dream stealers” is just one of many ridiculous things I’ve heard spout from the mouths of brainwashed IBOs. Dream stealers are further defined as losers, failures, and people going nowhere who want to drag you down to their level.

The reality about “dream stealers” is they are usually people who love you and don’t want to see you fail, lose your money in a scam, and suffer from any kind of distress.

Dream stealers have an alternate point of view from the upline and that makes them dangerous people - at least in the eyes of the Platinum because they could be responsible for letting those dollar signs slip away.

Is it a bad thing to listen to the “dream stealers”? Instead of stealing a dream are they really giving good advice? IBOs think the “dream stealers” are being negative and trying to “steal my dream”. Instead all they’re doing is trying to save the IBO from making bad business decisions.

Remember those alien invaders who are sucking the dreams out of your body? They’re not so alien after all. The real dream stealers are the people who actually use that phrase.

  1. Silly post. You can do better than that, right?

  2. Anna, I think your post is very well written despite what Tex says. The whole Dream stealer term was used 18 years ago when I was an IBO. It is another example of the cultism that existed then and still exists today.
Why is it you visit this blog Tex? Is this just another place for you to criticize people that are simply trying to communicate their experiences in the business or are you using any blog you can find to post the words 'Amway Tool Scam'?

  3. Excellent post! I'll be laughing all day!!!

Isn't it amazing how they put those dreams into your heart at a function? I never once wanted big houses, cars, beer on a beach (or several), etc. They convince you that your life is incomplete w/o the above mentioned items.

By year two? My dream was, "Please, Someone, Anyone, get me away from this amway crap."

    I wanted my life back.

Let's see. hmmmmmmmmm..........my dream while in amway:

go home from work and actually stay there
spend the evenings AT HOME with family as opposed to another board *yawn* plan
put my cars in the garage istead of SA8
go to a regular grocery store and buy what I really want
go out with friends for meal with no ulterior motive
    actually have friends
    no product pick-up
    no call-in
    no pv
    no bv
no up-line to ask if it's O.K. that we take 2 days off (we haven't had a day off in 3 years)
actually watch t.v. when I want instead of when I've reached a pv level
be able to go out in public and not have people run the other way cuz' here come those amway bots

  4. Good post. The dream stealer term has been around for decades now. I guess some thing never change despite what the upline and Amway defenders say. Same old same old.

Is this just another place for you to criticize people that are simply trying to communicate their experiences in the business or are you using any blog you can find to post the words 'Amway Tool Scam'? ---> No, see above.

    1. Honestly, I'm new to this blog, but so far almost every post you've made has been just silly personal insults to people who don't agree with you. You sound like an Ambot.

  6. Tex, is jealous people actually visits Annas blog. People who visit tex blog have to deal with this grumpy old man who constantly trash them for being uneducated or illogical so they quit going.

  7. Tex I'm flattered that you think my literary talents still lie ahead of me.

  9. Thank you Anonymous Lemming!

I think you hit the nail on the head why Tex likes my blog so much.

Do you want to hear about all the messages he sends me about how much I turn him on!? Ha ha! The man is seriously in love with me!

  10. Anonymous @ 12:19 - Glad you enjoyed the post and the laugh! I'd say the dreams you listed are common among many Ambot spouses. Yeah whoever knew our lives were incomplete without all the luxury trappings portrayed by Diamonds.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Thanks Joe. Looks like nothing changes much in Amway despite the protests of current IBO's who claim its an all new Amway.

    ReplyDelete
  12. So Tex who forces you to come here and educate others on the tool scam - whether they want to be educated or not. Most of the readers come here to be entertained and vicariously curse out their former upline.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Anna, i heard he sends the same messages to ibofb lmao.

  14. It is the Ambots who are dream stealers. B'coz when you sign up you will be told, Amway will complement whatever career plans you have. Once you become an IBO and become committed, uplines will tell you that pursuing any other dream other than Amway will be like serving two bosses. You will be told "Dont chase 2 rabbits" and all other crappy advice.

Idiotic IBOs like Bridgett will keep claiming, "This does not happen now." "This does not happen in WWDB." But in the WWDB functions and cds speakers like Brad Duncan will put you down, if you are involved in Church activities or if you drive around your kids for their sports or if you do any projects at your home.

Bridgett will keep painting a rosy picture of WWDB. I read a funny post on Amwaytalk forum where somebody was applauding Dave Severn's advice(IMO most pathetic and impossible advice) of having 20 PV cheques. Bridgett is claiming WWDB does not support this advice and the current way of building the business is different. Dave Severn and Brad Duncan are a part of WWDB and they still keep talking this crap even now. She has the nerve to say people have to only take up the current advice of how to build the business. (Instead of telling this on online forum, she shld tell this to WWDB diamonds, if she wants any real change to happen).

So I ask why do the systems still sell all the old cds/tapes?? Why if the current way of building is different, why do diamonds and above still keep talking crappy stuff.

My BIGGEST question is if any of the positive ranting IBOs on Amwaytalk forum have reached any significant pins in the past few years. If yes, that would really increase the credibility of their advice. Otherwise it is all fake it till you make it.

  15. Colin I'm sure Tex will return to tell you he is not jealous of my blog. He has no reason to be. Him and I have different agendas and write different things. No competition there at all. Though for some reason the comments on my blog really take off in all different directions and can become rather lively.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Colin ha ha that's pretty funny though to give Tex the benefit of the doubt he's probably not sick enough to send those kind of messages to IBOFB!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Joe, I think you're right. This is probably one of the last blogs around that tolerates Tex. Obviously I have a high level of tolerance. I was married to an Ambot!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Anonymous @ 4:46 - that's right the real dream stealers are the Ambot IBO's. I'm kind of scared that Tex will be back to answer all your questions!

  19. Nobody "forces" me to come here, I come here whether you have a shred of intelligence or not, because someone else may obtain value from being educated. You think I care what you think about me - I don't. LOL

If you're too scared to comment on my blog, I understand. Really - I do! LOL

By the way, Anna's "analysis" of bashing dreaming is inconsistent with others who successfully use exactly those same techniques, and have for centuries. The difference is Amway lies by including the Amway Tool Scam in their "opportunity."

  20. David,

I saw on a previous thread you quit about two and a half years ago. Are you interested in getting your money back, potentially several times what you lost?

  23. Tex, funny how you come on here acting like you're better than everybody. Yet you still buy overpriced & overhyped alfalfa pills(doublex). Been on ebay and even if you get half off ...you're still over paying. I bet the ibo who's unloading these worthless products are saying ...glad some sucker is buying this worthless shit lol. At the very least Annas hubby got out of this cult. But you're still supporting this cult by buying their lame products. Funny how your upline has conditioned you to think these herbal pills are so much better and that you cant have them replaced.

    ReplyDelete
  24. colin,

How am I "after" David? Because I provide factual information and ask him questions? Because I offer to help him get his money back?

  25. Wowzers, Tex;

Were you this annoying in high school?

Your PeeWee Herman comebacks are amazing.

  26. Tex: Of course I'd love to recover my losses many times over. I think what you're hinting at is joining in on this class action lawsuit against Amway or one the LCK's that I THINK you are involved in. I'm not really crazy about the idea of having to divulge income tax returns and other info to a law firm, or the possibility of being deposed by one of Amway's lawyers. Correct me if I'm wrong about this.
BTW: I visited your website to figure out what your objective in all of this is. I couldn't find a definitive answer. Aren't you the one who believes with every fiber of your being that MLM's and especially Amway is a viable money making opportunity? Instead, the "Tool Scam" has corrupted it and ruined it for the average Joe looking to get ahead financially.
From your comment to me about Double X being a Porsche and Centrum Silver being a Yugo, you sound like an active IBO. Is that a valid assumption on my part?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Washington, congratulations on your business success! If you were still in Amway your upline would have put down your business plan and told you you were wasting your time and that there's nothing else out there except Amway. I love hearing these life is so much better after Amway stories!

    ReplyDelete
  28. David I responded to Tex some time ago about his requests to join the lawsuit and told him I read his website and found it confusing. To which of course he countered and asked what part did I find confusing. Like you said I could not find an objective either. Dealing with Amway lawyers and tax returns would not bother me but I'd like to know what the legal standpoint is before getting involved. I'm not sure about his method of attracting co-plaintiffs by insulting them and wonder how that's working out for him. He does sound like an active IBO but Tex has said that Amway fired him. Kind of contradictory when Amway promotes owning your own business. If someone truly owns their own business how can they be fired?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Anonymous, forget high school - Tex is still annoying!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I smell a rat! Tex has not answered my questions about joining him as a co-plaintiff in his lawsuit against Amway. He almost sounds and acts like the Lying Cowardly Kingpins he says he so vehemently opposes. I'll keep my peaceful, productive life I have since quitting the biz. No dice Tex!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Of course I'd love to recover my losses many times over. ---> Then contact me: hawaiianibo@yahoo.com

I think what you're hinting at is joining in on this class action lawsuit against Amway or one the LCK's that I THINK you are involved in. ---> My lawsuit is not a class action, it is a mass action, and is posted here: http://texsquixtarblog.blogspot.com/2010/10/amway-sued-for-fraud.html

I'm not really crazy about the idea of having to divulge income tax returns and other info to a law firm, or the possibility of being deposed by one of Amway's lawyers. Correct me if I'm wrong about this. ---> What do you have to hide? If you don't have anything to hide, you shouldn't be afraid of this at all.

BTW: I visited your website to figure out what your objective in all of this is. ---> It should be obvious by reading the first thread.

I couldn't find a definitive answer. ---> Can you read English? LOL

Aren't you the one who believes with every fiber of your being that MLM's and especially Amway is a viable money making opportunity? ---> Yes.

Instead, the "Tool Scam" has corrupted it and ruined it for the average Joe looking to get ahead financially. ---> Perhaps you can read English, so why are you so confused?

From your comment to me about Double X being a Porsche and Centrum Silver being a Yugo, you sound like an active IBO. ---> There are people outside of Amway who use analogies. You need to get out more often. You also ignored the other parts of the answer, which is typical of your ilk.

Is that a valid assumption on my part? ---> That would be totally FALSE.

    Anna,

I think you never responded which part you found confusing, which is confusing to me! LOL

    I don't insult potential co-plaintiffs, I insult IDIOTS! LOL

Some people are annoyed by the facts. Anna and Anon are 2 examples.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I cant believe they fire anybody from amway. But maybe they did him a favour. Tex, Im on this forum cause 15 or 20 yrs ago they didnt have the internet to bitch about these scammers. My friends where screwed over and their marriages in trouble because of amway.

    ReplyDelete
  33. lol he only wishes he's a active ibo. Amway corp probably let him go cause he's so annoying. Maybe Tex called customer support everyday telling them they are illogical, uneducated etc and they finally had enough of him.

From your comment to me about Double X being a Porsche and Centrum Silver being a Yugo, you sound like an active IBO. Is that a valid assumption on my part?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Anna, he wasnt just fired from this scam. Tex was banned from even being a retail customer lol. Im sure you wished your hubby was banned from the amway corp early on. Would have saved you thousands and the headaches. Maybe that's why Tex is so inlove with the amway products cause the amway corp says he cant even be a retail customer no more. There are some people who hate having people say no to them and have to have everything go there way

    ReplyDelete
  35. Colin if certain people had just minded their own business we wouldn't have gotten involved at all and lost money, etc

    ReplyDelete
  36. colin,

What I'm doing is helping people like your friends not get scammed in the future. The fact that you don't see that says a lot more about you than it does about me. I wish I was an IBO, but only for the inside information I had access to. I already said I'm not an IBO any longer. I believe it is standard practice for Amway to ban terminated IBOs from being retail customers.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Tex, had a talk with one of my friends who lost their wife because of this scam. He lost about 15k and he told me there isnt enough compensation even if he where to sue and win a lawsuit against amway. To compensate what he's gone through.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Tex, i understand why you're in a lawsuit. I bug you about being booted out of away. The same way you annoy us about being uneducated or illogical.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Colin did your friend's wife leave him because she got fed up with Amway and/or his upline or was it the other way around? Sadly your friend is just another victim of the Amway scam. I'm sure Tex will be back any minute to say they're victims of the tool scam.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I think Tex said somewhere that he's suing Amway because they sued him first. That's as good a reason as any.

    ReplyDelete
  41. colin,

I agree. I told my lawyer Amway could offer to pay me $100 million, but if it came with the requirement I shut up and go, no deal. I'm looking forward to telling the court the same thing under oath. Rich DeVos doesn't have enough money to pay back the parts of my life they stole under fraudulent conditions. The time I could have used in a more positive manner at my profession, my family, recreation, volunteering, etc. However, that doesn't mean I don't expose them and go after them so they can't continue doing the same thing to others. I can't help the past, whether it's yours, mine, or your friends. I can only help the future IBOs not get scammed.

If you understand why I'm in a lawsuit, feel free to explain it.

    Anna,

Of course they are victims of the Amway Tool Scam, that's the root cause of why most people hate Amway, even if they don't realize it.

I did sue Amway after they sued me. Why just break even when you can get ahead?

    ReplyDelete
  42. If Amway paid me $100 million I'd shut up and go away!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I also think if Amway paid me $100 million I'd shut up and go away too!
As Dexter Yeager would say in his high pitched, helium voice: "The Dream! The Dream! The Dream!

    ReplyDelete
  44. And there are probably a lot more people who would do that than what I would do. That's why there is this truism, "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

    ReplyDelete
  45. That's why there are some people with principles, and others who don't have principles. You and Anna are of the latter category.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Tex talks his morals and whatnot. But he is a proven racist. I have the proof if needed.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Joecool - Tex probably can't help it that's the way he was brought up.

  50. Anna,
My buddy was going to Med school when he dropped out to pursue the amway dream. He ended up working contruction in the day and showing the plan at night. His gf said he was going nowhere in life unlike before. This guy tried prospecting some of us during a funderal. Only so much a parnter/spouse can take.

    ReplyDelete
  51. lol im way cheaper and if they offered me a million id go away. Did anybody here see the movie the social network? Eduardo Saverin co founder of facebook sued his former friend Mark Zuckerberg for his rightful share of facebook and gotten 2.5 billion(info on wikipedia his 5% share is worth). Part of the deal is he has to keep his mouth shut about how the co founder try and screw him over.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Tex: Do you have a brother named Forrest?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Colin: Did you see where these identical twins are trying to get a better settlement from the founder of facebook, by trying to open the case back up, after agreeing to a multi billion dollar settlement? It was in the NY Times on Dec 31. I really didn't read the article that throughly, so I don't have any names available without looking them up. Thought you might be interested in that.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I heard originally the dorky twins gotten 60 or something million dollars worth of facebook shares. Now those shares are worth 300 or 500 million? I havent read the NY Times article. Must be nice to get so much money in a lawsuit. They arent happy at all with what they've gotten.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Tex I have no interest in posting messages with racial slurs. That's not how I was brought up.

I have no interest in posting links about investigations you've uncovered about other people. That's your thing. Mine is swearing at my upline.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Tex,
Rejecting $100M reveals an alarming lack of foresight on your part. If your objective was to truly bring the actions of the LCK and tool scam to light, you could easily buy the actions of many others for that kind of money and have many voices instead of a single one. They might not have the same moral compass as you, but for $50K per year each, you could have a team of people blogging and promoting your point of view about the tool scam (which is correct btw).

As for the record, I'd take the money and have my single mother sister in law paid $100K a year to post opionions for me. I could probably do a lot of good in the world with $100M and it wouldn't be that difficult to replace my opinions.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Yeah I agree Graham. $100 million can go a long way to getting the word out about the tool scam and doing a lot of good with the money. But then Tex would say we don't have principles.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Oh, Anna;

You are so right! If amway/ww has changed so much for the good, then let's see today's tape list. I would bet you will still find the tapes from 1990 and later (minus all those lazy loser former diamonds and emeralds who finally saw the light and got a 'job.'

And, Tex. we have a right to our causes, same as you. I have no intention of suing amway. You can't beat their lawyers (although I wish you could).

I am astonished with so much leaking out about the real amway, that amway and all the diamonds aren't out here defending it.

What do they have to hide? If they defend it or *gasp* apologize for it, it leaves them open to lawsuits. Apologizing admits guilt. bummer

    ReplyDelete
  59. Graham,

I doubt Amway would overlook this aspect. Amway's current lawsuit against me identifies any partners, friends, etc., also could not be instructed to do the things I'm currently doing, or I would agree with you. As usual, Anna chimes in without asking a clarifying question either.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Anonymous I don't think Amway is going to do major changes. They're a business and they have to make money. Making changes that cut off the income would be a bad business decision.

Amway can afford to hire high powered lawyers. Pretty hard to go up against them.

But yes you have to wonder why truly successful Diamonds in Amway aren't online defending the company.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Tex didn't you say you got hit with $500 fine for contempt? If it was me I'd be keeping quiet and not educating people all over the Internet so I wouldn't get fined again. You gotta think the Amway legal team is watching whatever you're posting to find some way to use it against you.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Yes, but only for SOME of the emails. I'm not you, I have principles, remember? You better believe Amway is watching me like a hawk. I still have principles.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Scary story. Maybe I'm a little paranoid but in the past year (which is about how long I've been reading amway stuff - I had posted rarely),
everytime I clicked onto an anti-amway site, I would get a computer worm. (I've only really started posting for about 3 weeks)

The computer guy would come and say, "Wow, that's a bad one. How'd you get it?"

I didn't dare answer for fear of loved ones being unhappy that I am posting, let alone reading.

It this possible? Could they do such a thing? Would they even be tempted to do such a thing.

    I'd like to think not.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Tex if I didn't have principles I'd still be involved with Amway.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Anonymous maybe you are a bit paranoid or maybe you just need a better virus program on your computer. The blogger.com that many bloggers use is connected to google. I'm not a computer hacker so I don't know how easy it would be to get a worm in their site. I would think that google/blogger has some good anti-hacker protection on their sites. Maybe independent web pages are more susceptible to hackers putting in worms.

I take it that your loved ones are still involved with Amway otherwise why would they be unhappy if you're reading and posting?

I know about when Ambot was thinking of leaving Amway and I told him the sites I'd been looking at for more information on the truth about Amway his brainwashed mind accused me of looking at "I hate Amway" sites but I showed him what I was looking at and he started reading too and said a lot of questions were answered for him that his upline refused to answer. Basically the questions on compensation.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Anna, id find it hard to believe tex would turn down 100 mill. Only reason he's saying all this about priciples is cause he knows he'll never be offered that amount. Priciples go out the window when it comes to being offered 100 mill.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Anna, glad he was willing to look at some of the anti amway sites. Most dont seem that willing

    ReplyDelete
  68. Colin this was around the time that the Platinum led a prayerfest that I would find another man and leave Ambot, the same night he wouldn't let anyone leave the room until they gave him a check for the next function. Ambot had reached his limit of being fed up with their bullshit. On the other hand he was still brainwashed enough to call them "I hate Amway" sites.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Anon,

I've been posting on pro and anti-Amway sites for almost 6 years - not a single virus.

Just because you're not in Amway doesn't mean you have principles. jc doesn't, either. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  70. Tex you haven't been listening to the rumors. JC and I are one and the same. Therefore its redundant when you say neither of us has principles.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I don't make decisions on rumors. I think there was at least one other person who would take the money and run as well. Does that mean all 3 or more of you are the same person? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  72. It must be my computer.

When you first get into amway, you are told to make up a list of your very bestest warm contacts (uh, that would be mommy & daddy?)

You are so excited you could sell ice to, well, you know.

Fast forward to year 3: You're so friggin' desparate to find a sharp person that by 2am the snaggle-toothed greasy long-haired, vomit breath Circle K clerk is lookin' pretty good.

Yes, we had to lower our expectations a wee bit.

Hey, don't prejudge. Give him a CASSETTE TAPE and run like hell.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Tex - all 3 of us if you're counting the Punisher. The common denominator is John Travolta. See if you can figure THAT out!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Anonymous as long as you still have names on your list your upline will tell you there is always hope. I don't know if Ambot ever got that desparate. Maybe if he'd stayed in a few more years....

Hey I haven't been into a Circle K in a long time. Do they still sell frozen yogurt from the self serve machine?

We tried to get 5 phone numbers a day. I don't who you are, that's a lot of prospecting when you live in a town of less than 20,000, and there are ambots everywhere prospecting the same folks.

Did I mention we were C.O.R.E.

    CASSETTE TAPES!

    git 'er done

  76. Hmm maybe the frozen yogurt was a Southern California thing for Circle K....

5 phone numbers a day! Wow! Yeah in a town that size with other ambots talk about Amway saturation!

    1. I noticed he doesn't seem to respond to that accusation. Funny how he always accuses others of dodging his questions. Maybe it's just that no one gives enough of a crap about what he has to say to respond. But arrogant tards who claim they're smarter than everyone else will never realize that.

  79. Amway is for driven people. Some people in it are brainwashed. I am not. But I have to say if I listened to all those "dreams stealers" that include my family and friends, I wouldn't have what I have today. Amway is a business opportunity, that's what people have to realize. It works for driven people ONLY. As many times as I show the plan, I'm glad the less driven people don't get it and I can sense un-motivated individuals that want to do the business but I don't want them because they will fail.

    1. Wow. I'm glad making money is so much more important than your family and friends. When EVERYONE else in your family is telling you you're screwing up, and you're the only one not getting it, maybe it's time you took a step back and reevaluated. It's much more likely that you're wrong instead of the vast majority being wrong... Also, you sound exactly like every other weirdo trying to add to the herd. You all SOUND THE SAME! Does that not worry you at all?

    2. By the way, Amway is not for "driven people". It's for desperate people and those who failed at harder things in life. You know what's for driven people? An engineering degree...a restaurant venture...climbing Mt. Everest. Not joining a pyramid scheme that engulfs your entire life and ruins your personality.

  80. The only driven people I knew in Amway were driven by greed.

  81. Anon;

And we weren't driven? We were friggin' pile drivers!!

Please, take your marbles and go home.

  82. During those ridiculous meetings, whenever the term "dream stealers" came up, I couldn't help thinking, "you're stealing from me right now, a$$hole!"

  83. Anonymous - that's all I thought too. This Amway cult is stealing my dreams. Stealing my time, stealing my money, etc.

  84. Amway IBO's are only there to build someone elses dream, not their own. The sooner these brainwashed IBO's realize that, the better.

  85. I think yall need to take some chill pills lawl :P its a personal choice to build any form of business correct?? if so many business ventures 'fail' (key word here) why yall complaining that you fked up :P better then being 500k in debt for screwing a regular business up. BTW I read a book, robert Kyiosaki business of the 21st century, definitely has some relevant points made in it. Some people just cant handle a loss, I know I've been there. Except i grew past it at 13. takes 10 years to build a successful business some people just do it faster :) I dont mind taking 10 years to take a crack at 3 or 4 or 5 businesses, cause this country needs it.

On the other hand, motivation comes from oneself. Talk to any professional athlete and ask how he felt having to train 24/7 to get to where he or she is. Bet they loved having to give up some family time to be the best. Honestly ive come across a few IBOs and some wealthy ones in WWDB (Amway is a company, IBOs are independent business owners aside from it, contracts with a bazillion companies) kk time to hit the hay i wish i had of taken them up on the offer considering its a part time building business 10-15 hours a week not 30 thats 3 hours for 4 days leaves 4 days to spend with me family

    1. Anonymous - sure its a personal choice to decide what kind of business to own and run if a person is so motivated as you also mentioned. It's also a personal choice if a person is not motivated, not inclined, not interested, not financially capable, etc not to run their own business. They don't need to be insulted by a bunch of Amway assholes because their decision is no.

Also there's a big difference between owning a business and being a commissioned salesperson who pretends to be a business owner.

Thanks for bringing up this post again. I'd forgotten about it. It needs a rerun!

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
