    1. This is why we have refined our interview process! To keep vile people like you from wasting our time. Do you want real factual info about Amway? Then check out the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, Chamber of Commerce. Out of the top 100 companies Amway has been voted number one 3 times!! It's the only business out there that has been voted number 1 more than once. By that evidence alone Amway is the best business ever in the history of the world and if you want to take some losers opinion over the most successful companies in the world than you are by definition ignorant. Or ask your favorite retailer why they came to Amway to ask to be a partner store. Stores like officemax, home depot, Microsoft, apple, sprint, bass pro shops, vista print, Nike, and Lego and many many more just to name a few. Would you like to get paid to buy stuff you already buy then stop reading this garbage and join Amway and get in on this gravy train. Its common sense and it's not for the lazy or the easily confused. The reason people get divorced is not because of Amway. Amway is just a distributor of products with the best compensation plan ever devised. Behind every success there is a pack of haters trying to drag you down with them. Be a winner not a hater. AMWAY IS FOR WINNERS

    2. To Anonymous at 6:46 AM (April 6, 2019) --

Hey asshole... why are you here commenting on an eight-year-old thread? Don't you know that Amway people aren't allowed to visit the internet, especially not anti-Amway blogs?

If you're such a big-shot Amway IBO, why aren't you out recruiting schmucks at Starbucks or Barnes and Noble?

Perhaps you found out that it has become next to impossible for anyone to recruit a new IBO in North America, where Amway's reputation in in the toilet.

You claim Amway is "the best business ever in the history of the world"? My God, you really must be stupid. Amway is a two-bit MLM racket, where 99% of all IBOs lose money.

      Delete
    3. "Amway is for winners"? Really?

Let's change the spelling. AMWAY IS FOR WHINERS.

And that's what you are, Anonymous at 6:46 AM. A whining little Amway schmuck who comes to these anti-Amway blogs, even though it's forbidden by your up-line.

Go back to trying to recruit strangers at dives and diners.

    4. Hi Anonymous from Shakopee Minnesota. If Amway has "refined" LOL their process for qualifying prospects why don't you tell us what it is. Because it usually goes something along the lines of being so desparate to get anyone to join Amway you'll fuck over anyone who can pull out a credit card and pay the membership fee.

Our experience is that Amway losers go around taunting prospects that they have to "qualify" to get in on this "business opportunity" LOL and dangle it in front of prospects like its membership to the most exclusive country club instead of just getting roped into the Amway cult.

This is factual information about Amway you dumb fuck! This is our real life experiences of being inside Amway meetings and functions and the money we lost and the emotional distress we went through due to the abused from the fucking assholes in the Amway upline. How dare you stop by and accuse us of not being factual. Fuck you you dirty fucking lying scamming Amway loser. Fuck you asshole. Fucking whiner. Fucking scum of the earth Amway motherfucker.

Amway is in the top 100 companies of what? Pyramid schemes! And Amway was only voted the number one pyramid scheme three times? You'd think Amway would be the number one pyramid scheme every year.

This is the lies and bullshit being taught at Amway cult meetings. We heard similar bullshit. When you ask the Amway cult leader where this information comes from they scream at you to NEVER QUESTION UPLINE. Been there heard that. That is factual information about Amway you dumb fuck!

Amway is NOT one of the most succesful companies in the world you lying son of a bitch! LOL! Look at the S&P 500. Do you see Amway's name on it? NO! The companies that are would be among the most successful companies in the world. Amway IS one of the most successful pyramid schemes in the world.

Yes folks this is what happens when you get brainwashed by Amway cult leaders. An Ambot's mission in life is to lie, deny, distract and defend. That means showing up on 8 year old posts like this to spout off a bunch of canned bullshit Amspeak to show off their love and devotion to the Great Amway God.

But thanks for stopping by and confirming to us that Amway is still a blame the victim scam.

    5. Hey Anonymous at 6:46 - you said it! This dumb Amway fuck from Shakopee shows up here to watch a video about some beloved Amway cult leaders only to discover that Diamonds aren't forever. And is outraged to have that lie blown all to hell!

What's he doing violating Amway's rules by posting on an anti-Amway blog anyway. Nothing like telling your Amway boss fuck you!

      Delete
    6. Anonymous at 3:08 - LOL! Amway IS for whiners. I've never met a group of losers who sit around and whine and bitch and find negative in everything as I did when I was stuck at Amway cult meetings.

    7. The guy's from "Shakopee, Minnesota"? Where the hell is THAT?

It's so typical of Amway freaks to come from little hole-in-the-wall sleepy towns where the most imaginative thing anyone can think of doing is to join an MLM.

      Delete
    8. I know really. If you live in a town with piss or shit in the name I can see why you’d want to get out. If this loser thinks Amway will do it then all you can do is laugh at the dumb fuck. No sympathy for arrogant bastards like that.

    9. As far as "Amway" being voted best.... I have no doubt that Amway is a good place to work. However, this is not about being an employee at Amway's headquarters in Ada Michigan, this is about being recruited as a distributor, which does not pay, but drains your finances.

      Delete
    10. Stoned Dude- Amway employees have shown up here complaining about the workplace and lack of benefits and the uncaring bigwigs. Amway sounds like a shitty place to be until a better job comes around. But at least Amway employees make more money than IBOs.

What a crock of shit and it's really a shame that naive IBOs still believe that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and the dreams on their fridge will come true if they only attend one more major function or are CORE. When will they learn that it is all window dressing covering a money loosing scam where the only people profiting are the ones at the top selling the useless tools and tickets to brainwashing functions.

      2. The only way you'd be making 6 figures in Amway is if you're an owner, an heir, an executive, or a Diamond. If you're really making 6 figures and you're not in those categories then you have some outside income you're adding on.

    4. I'm a Ruby and we are making 6 figures....(sorry Anna..you are totally wrong if you understood the plan at all.) I guess that's what happens when you listen. All of this junk about tools is very inaccurate...how much money do people spend on babysitters for their kids so they can go to work?...Gas in the car to get work?....Money on clothes that are appropriate for the job they do? People buy music from recording artists and don't blog a bunch of bull about it. At the end of the day, if you choose to work for someone else, do it, love it and be happy. Stop spreading lies. The business doesn't work for anyone, you work it. The dude "drawing circles for 7 years" probably didn't listen to counsel, or had a bogus person he was counselling with. (He probably goes to the gym, stands in the corner, does no exercise and then whines when he doesn't have a six pack) If the latter is true, then I apologize for that persons behavior, but I'm sure there are people who do dumb things or don't do the correct thing in ANY industry. Find someone who can show you the proper way (which doesn't involve "drawing circle", get out of the 70's) and i would guess thing would be different.

      Delete
    5. Hey there Anonymous,

"The plan doesn't work for anyone"... nice one, I couldn't have said it better myself.

"Find someone who can show you the proper way"... Wow, are you actually suggesting... cross-lining!? Last I heard, that was probably the most taboo thing one could do in Amway.

Anyway, you're also right about one more thing... we didn't listen to their counsel... that's why we can all proudly say we don't sound like a broken record ;).

      Delete
    6. Anonymous - if you're making 6 figures then that money is coming from a source outside Amway. We also were counseled to tell prospects we made 6 figures but not to say that was from our real business not the pretend Amway one.

    8. you were on the wrong team then. No one should ever council you to lie. I certainly never was. Actually quite the opposite. The six figures is probably the result of money saved from getting at wholesale + retail profit made from sales + bonuses. At a sapphire level 6 figures is plausible.

Anonymous, put up your tax return and I'll put up mine. What an obnoxious thing to demand from someone. Do you look at anyone else and say let me see your W-2. I want to make certain you make as much as you say you do. No one owes you proof of their success. Just like you don't have to prove why you failed at trying to explore a new venture in life. You probably wouldn't make a great astronaut either. The difference is that they wouldn't give you the chance to prove yourself.

Amway gives you the chance to TRY and find another way to make money. They don't promise anything. They only tell you that you CAN make it. Do you blame the lottery and chastise them every time you waste your money on a lotto ticket? Especially when those odds are far less than being successful starting your own business with Amway

    4. Part I:
Looking back at our ambot lifestyle makes me SICK! We entered the business as babes in the woods....dewy eyed and SO idealistic. The people who sponsored us and their upline were small fish who also believed and wanted what they heard on tape and at functions, so it was easy to trust their sincerity.

We immediately became CORE. What's sad, in hindsight, is what being CORE did to change the essence of who we really are as human beings. We no longer looked at a stranger the same way.....every person we now met was a potential 'contact', and we would approach them with an ulterior motive of sponsoring them. Gone was the pure-in-heart approach to making friends for friendship's sake. We now called it 'spear chucking'....going out to 'meet contacts'.

Because we were CORE and listened ENDLESSLY to tapes, went to the meetings and functions, we developed a disdain for ANYONE who refused the amway 'opportunity' we were offering. They were stupid lemmings who wouldn't listen to us, the 'prophets of freedom', and were therefore deserving of every bad thing that came their way. That's not who we were before we got our kit and became CORE. We were nice, friendly people who accepted everyone as valuable. I'm ashamed and embarrassed to think about how many people we wrote off (and were secretly angry at!)

Fast forward several years later. We'd been shoveling all our hard-earned money into 'the business'. We had literally hundreds and hundreds of tapes and books. We also stocked items. This was back in the days of 'product pickup' and living in Chicago this was an absolute nightmare. We had to go weekly to our upline's house in the far suburbs. We had sponsored people in the inner-city who didn't own cars and were still expected to get to product pickup or be looked down on.

We also started realizing that even though we were the 'perfect, shiny ambot couple', things weren't going as expected. We found that a lot of people we sponsored had small children, were on a tight budget, and we were asking them to neglect their families and spend money they didn't have on products that were expensive. I'm still convinced that the amway laundry line is excellent (I no longer buy it.....I make my own at home...lolol). But the Britt System taught 'God, family, business....in that order'. We realized it was just the opposite. We had guys in our downline who were drawing circles 5 & 6 nights a week, saw very little of their family, and who definitely got the message that if they were a 'warrior' they would 'build it hard'. The other message was that they were a loser if they didn't do it that way, and 'a j. o. b.' was a dirty word.

    5. Hi Mary. Thanks for stopping by with your story. Hope you come back with the next part! Our stories are so simar but everyone in Amway has pretty much the same story. I'm going to bring your comment up on an upcoming post because too many people will miss it hiding back here on an old post.

  10. Amway competes with swingers to save marriages!

Amway and the AMOs must love their idiotic ambot defenders of any lie they tell. here's the evidence at amwaytalk.com by an ambot called "multimillionaire" (yeah right, we know what he is thinking and where he/she will endup)

quote "Amway has never been touted as a business that saves marriages (1), but the business is an effective way of bringing problems within marriage to the surface (2). In terms of the divorce rate in the USA, about 5 years ago Dave Severn mentioned the divorce rate was a tad over 70% (3).

In terms of the business, what I have heard claimed is that the divorce rate is much small for those who build the business compared to those who don't.

There are only two groups of ppl that I have heard have a lower divorce rate than the general masses: ppl who build a business through Amway, and ppl who engage in the swinger lifestyle, the latter being very easy to understand."
    found here ->http://www.amwaytalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2073

if some of these ambots hushed we just might think they are sharp.

i won't even attempt to take this statement apart. ibofb called this ambot a cultist. enough said.

Sad that being in Gala group and being EDC still could not save Ganesh and Neha's marriage.

So true that Amway husband's devotion to upline much higher than that to wife and that creates a lot of friction in the marriage. Not to mention the amount of act that you have to put up in front of downline, no matter what you are going through in your personal life.

  12. Dear Ex;

Jim Brooks? As in Jim and Betty Brooks, the retail king and queen? They had the only retail CASSETTE TAPE available in the 90's. I listened to it daily for years!!

Wanted to be just like Betty. I remember vividly the last time I saw them on a wwdb stage telling us to not listen to any negative.

Betty Brooks exact words, "I will not listen to their negative words. I refuse to go down in the pit with them. I will not go."

I repeated that for years. She was my hero.

Fast forward about 6 months. They are divorced. They lost their horse stables and just about everything else. I think their daughter (or maybe son) died of a drug overdose. Very sad.

He is/was (or is at last meeting) being portrayed as an emerald. He was the logger, remember?

Her name was stricken from amway memory. Bet you won't find a single ambot who has ever heard of her save for Greg and Brad Duncan and maybe Ron & GeorgiaLee Puryear and probably Dave Severn.

She was their retail darling for a very long time. Poof, she's gone. Another in a very long line of former diamonds/emeralds whose name shall not be mentioned in any other way except possibly as the worst loser/quitter ever.

Only in amway or hollywood can one go from hero to zero in about 5 minutes.

May we should come up with a very detailed factual list of all the things a new ambot should hit their upline with and have it at the top of every anti amway blog forever. Wouldn't that just be the shits for amway?

Make it so the ambot can print it out and hand it to their upline. Oh, to be a fly on THAT wall. Pucker factor, anyone?

Since these jokers never communicate these aspects of their lives I remember my shock when I hear Bill Britt mention at a major function that they had attended Paul's wedding. I was like WTF! Ain't the clown married already? Then they showed up on stage and he was all dewy with love. They gloat over most everything in their lives these charlatans but nobody mentioned he had divorced, just that he was now married to Leslie (his former secretary I guess it was). I remember feeling slighted, assumed & a bad taste in my mouth. Yet I was expected to look up to these charlatans. They couldn't sweep that scandal under the carpet fast enough nor all the way under. What a bunch of jesters! Never again!

You are damn right. Only heard of Jim Brooks, the logger and never about Betty Brooks. Jim Brooks CASETTE/TAPE was heavily promoted by our upline emerald and I have listed to Jim Brooks talking about his FREEDOM so many times and he mentions about wife and kids in the CT. Never knew he was divorced.

A few years later I listed to one of his cds and he was talking about girlfriend. I was like, "he is divorced"?

Very sad that in the world of Amway, they just erase the memory of some people and recreate lives/stories. Paul Miller, for example always talks about how he is happily married to Leslie and what a hoot she is and all dew drop romantic lines. Never mentions about divorce or his life before Leslie. I am sure when he spoke along with Debbie, he used the same dew drop lines about her.

I also understand that "The Shocker" is a popular "hand sign" that represents a sexual act involving anal/vaginal penetration with said hand, or, as the quaint little saying goes, "2 in the pink & 1 in the stink!"

My question is, what kind of a father would allow his child to play on a little league baseball team named after such an overt act of digital penetration?

Certainly not Mr. Wolgamott! I remember him going on about how he was such a devout and pious Christian...

    His hypocrisy amazes me!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Anyone who gets to the level that Wolgamott achieved has to be a pretty damn good professional liar.

IBO's have no morals so naming his son's baseball team The Shockers is his idea of a little insider joke that probably goes over a lot of people's heads.

  24. Some earmarks of a cult:

Cult members are isolated from the outside world and any reality testing it could provide.
Cult members often work fulltime for the group for little or no pay
The cults manipulate guilt to their advantage
The cult's recruitment techniques are often deceptive
Rational thought is discouraged or forbidden
Many cults follow an "ends justify the means" philosophy.
Cults, particularly in regard to their finances, are shrouded in secrecy.

    Commentary by Nori J. Muster
If you think you might be involved in a cult, ask yourself some serious questions about the group.

Do you have to change who you are to fit in, please others?
Do they set up a duality of "us" and "them" and tell you that people outside the group are bad, less important?
Do they treat "outsiders" badly or talk behind their backs?
Do they treat members badly when they fail to perform up to expectations?
Do they give a false impression to the public?

  25. My ex-husband destroyed our 17-year marriage because of this glorified pyramid scam. I hated Amway. Every other word that came out of his mouth was Amway this, Amway that, or Amway the other. For me, it made the last two years of the marriage a living hell. GLAD TO BE FREE.

    1. Wow! Sorry to hear about your marriage. I am so glad I don't have to hear Amway this and Amway that and aren't are Amway upline the greatest people in the world bullshit anymore. Kind of gives a whole new meaning of the Ambot cry of freedom! Free from being married to an Ambot!

I hope I'm doing a good job of describing the hell that us Amway widows go through thanks to this demonic cult and the assholes in our upline!

    2. The sad part is, if one asks the Ambot they will say "Amway has made me a better husband and father". Of course, they don't bother taking a poll of their spouse and kids who will usually have quite a different opinion of that.

And once the relationship breaks apart, the Ambot will always put the blame on the other person for "not being supportive of the business" and not having enough dreams (i.e "fantasies"). The other person's opinions, needs and feelings are ignored if they don't fit into the "non-negative" make-believe world of Amway where reality, facts and statistics don't count.

My sympathy to Anonymous. Another relationship casualty of the "Christian" business of Amway.

    3. Amway WWDB would never take a poll of the wives and children of ambots because they don't want the truth to get out there.

      That's what I'm here for!

  26. What if we don't follow any group but solely do this biz as salesman. We will have our regular customers. We don't have to run for pin. In the same time we will have some extra incomes. The products are good. People are spoling it's image.

I agree with you guys, you will be vanished if you follow groups blindly.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Anonymous - you could do that. And what you've described is probably one of very few ways someone could make a little extra money by selling Amway products.

Whoever signed you up is part of an Amway line of sponsorship. They want you to buy their "optional" motivational materials and pay to attend Amway meetings. If you don't do that they won't work with you. Them not working with you is a good thing! However in Amway's literature it says the upline is still required to work with you and help you build a business whether or not you purchase the optional business support material.

      Bullshit!

But yes you could buy Amway products at wholesale which is still a much higher price than similar products cost in the stores and sell them to your customers at retail and the difference is your profit. So you might get some extra income.

The problem you face is Amway's tarnished image and people who know about it don't want to have anything to do with Amway products. You might find some customers who will buy Amway products to support you and make a little side money.

The problem is keeping customers. Even though you think the products are good in most cases they are no better and often worse than similar products that can be bought in grocery stores and drug stores. Your customers will figure out quickly they're not getting a good deal and won't continue to buy from you.

Most people aren't going to spend $30 on laundry soap when the $10 laundry soap does a better job of getting the clothes clean.

      You know what I mean?

    2. Thats a lie. I've read every thread on this website by Anna Banana. I'm not even an IBO and I can tell that she doesn't have a clue. Credible research is all that's required to disprove everything she is saying.

    3. Yeah right you've read every single thread on this blog and this is the only one you chose to comment on 3 times. And you're not an IBO. Very typical of people in mway to deny they have anything to do with Amway because of the embarrassment of being associated with this company. How do you know when someone in Amway is lying? Because their mouth is moving. Or in the case of the Internet when they're typing. My real life experiences of living through this hell hole are not credible enough for you? That's the Amway arrogance I know so well from the assholes in our Amway upline.

Not all marriages work. Amway is no more to blame than any other force. People will continue to be people. You should take a moment to realize that you are picking out a few instances where Amway couldn't help a marriage survive. Yet, you have no evidence of how many marriages Amway may have saved. I say may because again, in the end it is up to people to save themselves.

    1. In this regard it would seem that we have evidence to show that it has destroyed or strained marriages/ relationships.

"Yet, you have no evidence of how many marriages Amway may have saved."
      And neither do you.

      The scoreboard would show what?

    2. No, what I'm saying is you blame Amway when there is no proof that Amway is to blame. The rant in this blog was that Amway failed to save the marriage not that Amway destroyed the marriage. It is not Amway's job to save marriages.

Also, I can tell you that I do have proof of a variety of relationships that Amway has helped stay strong because of the positive moral values that the business impresses on people.

The difference is that people that build a positive life for themselves have no reason to jump online and cry about their failures and then dig for other people who failed like them :)

There is no proof. Just your assumption. There is no evidence that states "Amway destroyed or strained our marriage"

MLM is a flawed business model which promotes overpriced products and a .5% success rate.

Conventional business has better stats and prices.

    Ain't it great?

    1. I think you're being too generous with the .5% success rate! LOL! Ever go to a Scamway meeting and the cult leader would be ranting about how conventional businesses only have an 80% success rate or that they'll still be in business in 5 years. That's way better odds than in Amway! Or any other MLM!

  33. I've been associated with Amway and other MLM businesses. I've watched many good friends and associates get divorced. When one jumps 100% into the business, this industry seems to have no respect for your family if they are not 100% in with you. Lucky for me I saw the light. I got out and gave that time I spent with the business back to my wife. We are still happily married. I wish many of my friends would have seen the light. Their financial situation aren't much better and on top of that, they lost their mates/family in the process. A person really needs to pay attention to what they do or become in a MLM business. Often the price they pay for success in this industry is too high a price to pay.

    1. Anonymous - nothing brings more happiness to the Amway upline than destroying other people's relationships, sick bastards that they are. WWDB = World Wide Destructive Bastards.

Glad you got out and saved your marriage.

  34. Please. There are successful people in Amway, and divorced people. I was a distributor in college and failed in that business, but it certainly wasn't Amway's fault. If you blame your divorce on Amway, that is a PITIFUL excuse. But keep living there to salve your pain, because I know divorce and pain go hand-in-hand.
I was sorry to hear that the Brooks family was so tore up. But remember, Amway is not there to save your soul - only Jesus Christ can do that, and He will save everyone whom he wants to save.

  35. To Anonymous at 6:39 AM (April 16):

Why the hell are you showing up at a seven-year-old discussion thread to defend Amway (which you admit you failed in)?

Why are you even coming here, to an anti-Amway blog? Is Amway still a part of your life? You seem to be religious, but you don't seem to understand that Amway is a cult, with all the textbook characteristics of a cult.

Amway is a destroyer of families and marriages. There is a wealth of personal testimony to that fact here at this blog. It's been gathering for years.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
