My story of what its like to be married to an Amway cult follower. I expose the lies that our upline told and what happens at Amway meetings and functions. I leave the explanations of why Amway is a poor business opportunity or the tool scam to other bloggers. This blog mainly exists to curse out my former upline, aka the cult leaders, and to let everyone know what kind of idiots I had to put up with. Feel free to join in or live vicariously!

Low Life Nosy Amway Ambots
14 comments:
Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!
If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
I didn't mention it before but I will mention it now. Great work on the blog, great material, keep it up. The hell with the haters. People need to know about this.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they are nosy as shit. Want to know what you are doing, then they can sneak in a suggestion to meet up with the upline, other uplines, get more downlines, read more, get cds, get on standing order, attend more meetings, attend free training for 6 months of advanced information (I spent 6 dollars and lost gas going back and forth, doesn't sound like free to me). Also they always want to know about your plans, current and future. Of course with more of the "you might want to be at this life changing event". Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit. Traveling out of state for a dumbass pep rally with these robots.
In addition to nosy, they are too full of shit with their pep rally, happy attitude. I'm wondering what is in their products that get them so high. Then they keep acting like everything is all peaches and cream and it's great owning your own business. Sure they can be fairly positive, but they also are fairly full of shit.
It's part of the scam for them to be so friendly, so helpful and such at first. Try and question things, voice your preference for other products, and b ring up how most of your friends are not interested and then you will see the controlled robotic responses suggesting the need to be around ambitious people that are out to make money. Sorry but I love my family and friends very much, if I would be in a ditch you all would still be kissing each other's asses at these pointless gatherings.
Still can't get over all of the "Oh my God, that's a Diamond" bs. It's like they all are having an orgasm with that crap.
Hi Sprigsleg. Thanks for the kind words. I couldn't do this all myself. Really appreciate when people stop by with their experiences.
DeleteYes they're all nice to you at first and suck information out of you to blackmail you with later when the abuse starts because you have no customers and can't get suckers to come to Scamway meetings.
"The only reason ambots want to know intimate details about other ambot’s lives is so they can hold it against them at a later date, say when they’re trying to quit. Its ambot blackmail."
ReplyDeleteSounds like all cults read from the same standard issue manual. Scientology has perfected this nefarious extraction of personal info and calls it auditing.
ExAmbot
ExAmbot - they go off the Jim Jones manual I'm sure!
DeleteBut I thought no one gets divorced in Amway... the bizness keeps couples together in a spirit not seen in the outside world? Isn't that what they tell us on every tape?? Hah... It's interesting that a lot of ambots are searching for who's split up from who, considering that it would cause their world view of "perfect amway marriages" to collapse. Perhaps that's secretly what they're hoping for...
ReplyDeleteAnyhow I remember a while back, there was an Aussie kingpin couple named Ross or something, and they'd been double diamond for years. Then one day after we'd gone inactive (but still "in") we were flicking thru the latest Anagram... and there was Mr Ross with a different missus, being commended as new platinums. What the...? we surmised the Ross's had split up, and that she got to keep the diamondship while he had to start again from scratch. The point being, it was like "SHOCK HORROR no one gets divorced in Amway... right?"
JQ - it's very difficult for marriages to survive the stress of being in a cult, especially if only one half of the couple is in the cult. Throw in the emotional stress, the finances going down the toilet, and never getting to see each other. Amway is all about destroying people's lives.
DeleteI am also a married person but I do not ever bother about how many marriages are saved in Amway. Do they put value for number of hours you put in as a core IBO? No accounting for any of the so called support materials either. This is where I call Amway a huge scam!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure more marriages are killed than saved by Amway.
DeleteI think one reason people look up divorce details is to add fuel to their arguments of why Amway doesn't work. Why all the drama and breakups if Amway is so awesome and promotes togetherness? Obviously, with this talk going around, that's a crock of streaming horse shit. It isn't any of our business, that's true, but I think that's why. In a vindictive sense, it is an ego boost when you and your spouse wise up and leave, bonding together through the experience, and your "successful" Amway upline Diamonds fall apart.
ReplyDeleteYou got it Blast!
DeleteLeaving Amway saved my marriage.
ReplyDelete-30-
Hi anonymous 30 - leaving Amway saves a lot of marriages. Getting out of the scam saved ours too.
DeleteWhat about the kids in these families? Do they raise their children differently? I've heard Amway kids refer to Amway as "their business". It also seems that the parents are called away often and the kids are left to fend for themselves...
ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous - yes the kids are left to fend for themselves. I've got some posts coming up soon written by kids of ambots so stay tuned!
