Amway Ambots Know Nothing About Basic Financial Planning

I received a newsletter from my financial advisor and a couple of sentences stood out enough to make a blog post out of it.

Financial education is the necessary foundation to build a secure financial future.

and

Americans lack basic retirement planning education.

Very true and pretty much what I already know.

I’m sure most people would like to put more money away for their retirement but for whatever reason they can’t. Most likely because they’re struggling to get by living paycheck to paycheck and there’s nothing left to invest or put in savings. Also many don’t know where to go to get financial advice and learn about planning for retirement. In this age of the Internet there’s a lot of good information out there. Financial advisors have blogs and newsletters that are free. Of course they’d like to pick you up as a client but that’s not a requirement to read their advice online. There’s books. There’s financial planners at your bank who will help you for free.

Amway Ambots look to the fucking assholes in their Amway upline for their retirement planning to build a secure financial future. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Just because they hold an Amway IBO card ambots are under the false impression that now makes them experts on everything when they know jack shit about nothing.

How do people think are going to fund their retirement? I remember reading somewhere that a surprising number, may have been the largest percentage, are relying on lottery winnings.

How much does a person spend on Powerball? $10, $20, $100? Might be a lot more depending on if its a big one. There’s a 1 in 32 chance of winning a prize and most likely one of the smaller ones. But still a lot of people do win a few bucks back. Probably didn’t even invest anywhere near as much as an Ambot spends in a month buying shitty overpriced Amway products.

That’s a whole lot less than investing in a month in Amway and the lottery player has greater odds of making more back in a month than an Ambot’s commission of around $10 once the Ambot has forked out around $300 on shitty overpriced Amway products.

What do others expect to have as part of their retirement income? Some have an inheritance. Others might sell their house and downsize to something cheaper and have equity to fund their retirement. Others have a pension plan through their work. Others have contributed to retirement savings. Others play the stock market or have other investments that they hope to cash in to fund their retirement.

What’s an Amway ambot’s retirement plan? It goes something to the effect of eating one Amway food bar and drinking one Amway beverage daily and finding 6 people to do what you do and they find 6 people and they find 6 people and so on and so forth. And all these hundreds of people in your downline must continue to buy a minimum of 100 PV in Amway products every month (approximately $300) and they have to do this for the rest of their lives. LOL!!! Now there’s a secure financial investment plan!

Meanwhile the guy at the top of that little empire can just sit back and do nothing while gazillions of dollars in residual income roll in every month from Amway.

That’s the gist of the Amway Ambot retirement plan. That’s the financial education that the ambot gets from the fucking assholes in his Amway upline.

Except an Ambot can never retire. They got to keep their cult followers in line buying all this Amway shit and motivate them to hang in there for another month because success is right around the corner. They got to keep showing the Amway bored plan and showing up at Scamway meetings. Because if the cult leader stops showing up and bitching at the downline to buy shitty overpriced Amway products, the cult followers will stop being brainwashed to buy that shit. They’ll drop out of sight and there goes that income stream.

Its pretty precarious sitting at the top of the Amway pyramid. Its got to crumble sometime.

Secure financial future thanks to Amway? Not when Amway’s own literature shows that only a tiny fraction of 1% of participants in their scam will make money. That’s over 99% failure rate. The majority of the ambots expecting Amway to provide them with a secure financial future are in for a rude surprise. Shouldn’t have believed those lying scamming Amway assholes.

And speaking of lying scamming Amway assholes lets just send out a big old FUCK YOU to them and their shitty financial advice.

  1. You can save money for retirement simply by quitting Amway and using the formerly Amway money to invest in an IRA or 401K.

    1. Joecool- that's a good plan. An Amway cult leader would tell you you got it reversed! LOL!

  2. I get the impression that people in Amway have never heard of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRAs, 401ks, vested pension plans, or even just the services of an ordinary accountant. Where have they been living?

    1. Anonymous - if any Ambots had those things prior to joining Amway, their cult leader would have ordered them to cash themin and "invest" in shitty overpriced Amway products and the Amway tool scam. They've been living in Ambotsville.

    2. There was a WWDB IBO named Shaun who hailed from Canada and used to post a blog on the net. He has since quit and won't respond to questions anymore. But his upline back in 2009 or 2010 had advised him to cash in his retirement investments of about $25K and with that money, he paid off debt.

On the surface that may seem like decent advice as cashing in his retirement savings and then selling his house made him "debt free".

But then he had to rent a place rather than own and build equity. And he was at zero retirement savings. I imagine 25K from 2010 to now would have had pretty good returns, given the stock market performance in recent years.

Just a picture of how Amway advice can actually be harmful to someone who really just wanted to provide a better life for his family.

    3. Joecool - and that's the type of shitty "financial advice" you get from Amway cult leaders. If this guy owned a home and others in the Amway upline did NOT then they'd put the screws on him to sell it because he hadn't "earned the privilege yet" seeing as how the fucking assholes in his Amway upline weren't homeowners. The "financial advice" from Amway cult leaders is to sell off your assets and pay off your credit card. Then that way your credit card will have lots of room on it to buy overpriced shitty Amway products and invest in the Amway tool scam.

Many financial advisors out there and I'm talking real ones not Amway pretend financial advisors will help clients find ways to keep their home while paying down their debt.

I hope this guy was young enough to bounce back financially from being scammed by Amway.

And sad to say as you pointed out many people who fall victim to Scamway just want to provide a better life for their families and instead got sucked into the Amway pyramid scheme. They should have looked elsewhere for their financial advice.

  3. This is so true. My cousins who are into this nonsense spoke to me about how this is a retirement plan for them. All about, what's that cringey term - residual income. I was already getting pretty decent returns in the stock market and was in my early 30s. When I told them to learn about the stock market, their response was that learning about it takes a lot of time and Amway is easier and has lot less risk. I just couldn't understand this logic. It takes a couple of months to understand the workings or the stock market and another, maybe a year, to fully get to grips with it. And after that, even the most conservative investor will have positive returns. Good luck getting any positive return from "this thing of ours".

    1. Hi Anonymous. If your cousins took the $500+ a month they waste in Amway and invest it in stocks they have a much better chance of making money. Worse case scenario the stock tanks and they lose money. In Amway they are guaranteed to lose money. They'll never make back the money they spend on Amway shit every month. They'd have a better chance of making money plugging a slot machine than they would at Amway. Hell they have a better chance of falling off a cruise ship than making money at Amway! The possibilities are endless right! For some people Amway might be easier than keeping an eye on the stock market but the risk is greater because you will always lose money in Amway. The only people getting rich in Amway are the owners and the cult leaders of their breakaway cult sects who sell "motivational" material better known as the Amway tool scam. And as you pointed out, even a conservative investor who chooses low risk financial products will get a return on their investment. Amway Ambots can't say that!

  5. One thing you need to understand about your up-line in Amway: They HATE it if you are superior to them in any way. You can't have a better car, you can't have a nice house, you can't have savings in the bank, you can't have any investments, and you can't have a retirement plan. There is a very real rage and animus against any IBO who dares to have this sort of independent security.

Your up-line wants you to be vulnerable. He wants you to be totally dependent on him and the Amway racket. He wants you to have NOTHING to fall back upon. He wants you to be a terrified slave to the entire Amway way of life and mentality.

That's why all the crap about "mentorship" and "helping others to help themselves" is utter baloney. An Amway up-line doesn't want an IBO to become rich. Your up-line wants you to be perpetually enslaved to the unending cycle of fees and function costs and tool purchases. He wants a slow but steady drainage of money from you, year after year, as he tells you that "Success is just around the corner!"

Amway is profoundly evil. It preys upon the weak, the less well educated, the losers, the ones without any resources, the young and inexperienced. And it turns these people into mindless androids.

You can't have a dependable slave if that slave has independent resources like savings or investments or property. A slave has to be poor.

Amway wants its IBOs to be basically poor. That is the most effective way to control them.

    1. Excellent Anonymous! Amway promotes itself as a bullshit "leadership training program" but the last thing the Amway cult leaders want is for the Ambots in their downline to become leaders.

I'll say the worst financial advice I've ever heard in my life comes from the fucking assholes in the Amway upline. Bunch of losers want those who are doing better than them financially sell their cars and their homes and take their retirement savings and give it to the Great Amway God. Amway is no different than any other cult that forces their followers to give up their money and possessions. As you pointed out to become dependent on them and their stupid preachings.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
