What is Amway WWDB Dream Night About?

So what is Amway WWDB Dream Night all about?

To paraphrase from World Wide Dream Builder’s propaganda (cause I wouldn’t wanna get accused of plagiarism!) this is an elegant night that will show the ambots how to turn their dreams into reality.

Ha ha! Yeah right! And if you believe that bullshit I have some prime swampland in the Amazon jungle I’d like to sell you!

The best part of the night - OK Wait for it!!!!! - is when the cult leaders share how their dreams came true and if they can do it then any of you dumb ass ambots can do it too!

I can sum it up how they got to be Diamonds. They ripped off thousands of unsuspecting ambots in their downline telling them to buy useless, overpriced Amway shit to self consume and if they can’t find any customers - make them up. They bullied those further down the pyramid into attending Amway functions. They told them to buy CD’s featuring Diamond speakers. They told them to buy motivational books that they received a hefty kickback from the publisher or author. They brainwashed their adoring ambots to buy, buy, buy. Hand over all your money to me so I can get rich. And here I sit on the top of the pyramid smirking at you dumb ass ambots!

I can’t find the cost of Dream Night on the WWDB page. Gotta be forking over your $50/month for premier membership to get that top secret information. Dream Night cost $66 per person when we attended. Remember. Those devilish Diamonds love the number 6 sequence! Except our Platinum ripped us off and told us he would buy tickets for all the downline and don’t question him about it!!!! For his trouble we had to pay $75 each so the sack of shit Platinum could pocket $9. A rather awkward amount but when multiplied by about 70 tickets a tidy sum of extra cash in his wallet. I also think he got free tickets for bulk purchases.

Anyway moving on. What did $66, er $75 get us? An hour’s drive to get to the function, which was the closest Amway function to our house. I don’t even recall where it was held. I think a banquet room in the Hilton but I’m not positive on the hotel. Doesn’t really matter. Typical hotel banquet room with chandeliers and white tablecloths covering round tables. You seen one you seen them all. Typical dinner. I think there were 2 or 3 entree choices. Average banquet style dinner, no different than other events I’ve attended. The meal, servers, room rental probably cost about $25 per person payable to the hotel. This is based on knowledge I have of organizing similar events holding between 200 and 700 people. That tells me someone is making a profit of $40 per ambot. I can’t even tell you how many ambots were in the room. I want to say around 600, but that might be give or take a couple hundred. For the sake of argument lets call it 600 ambots in attendance which means once the catering bill is paid there’s a profit of roughly $24,000. WWDB is going to want their piece of the pie for organizing the event through their web page. I have no idea how much they get but for argument’s sake lets say they demand $4000. The profit slips down to an even $20,000. Oh but what about the great Amway god? That has to be appeased too. Send the corporation $5000 so Uncle Dickie can pay the electric bill. That leaves me a hypothetical $15,000 left to figure out what to do with.

But hang on a minute. Two Diamond couples busted their asses to get there and show videos of their lifestyle. Whether or not its really their lifestyle or a staged shoot with lots of day rental props hanging around is unknown. Gotta show lots of glitz and glamor to the ambots. Make them jealous. Make them want it. Brainwash city! Those greedy bastards need their piece of scammer pie. Earn your money you fucking Diamonds! Whether or not the two Diamond couples evenly split whatever money is left over on the profits is unknown, maybe one of them gets a bigger piece of the pie than the other depending on how big their downline is I have no idea. I’m guessing the pie is not divided evenly which causes a lot of Diamond infighting and Diamonds leaving to start their own groups. So just because its fun to cause some more Diamond infighting I’ll say one pissed off couple earns $5000 for the night and the other gloating couple gets $10,000.

Why that hardly seems fair! However there is more than one dream night going on. Plenty of shystering opportunities available! About 42 Amway WWDB Dream Nights are held during January 2012. Those Diamonds better hope the Amway corporate jet is available to hustle them from one location to another. This year the Dream Night booty appears to only be shared among 7 Diamond couples:

Samir and Theresa Attalah
Glen and Joya Baker
Greg and Laurie Duncan
Scott and Cris Harimoto
Bob and Shelley Kummer
Matt and Sandee Tsuruda
Mike and Michi Woods

Ha ha ha! I snuck in a few more keywords to help out any ambots searching specifically for a Diamond!

Take 42 cities and divide by 7 Diamond couples. That would suggest that each Diamond might be doing 6 Dream Nights. However I didn’t look at the schedule for each city. Some cult leaders might be doing a little more or a little less scamming than others. Maybe some more Diamonds are sneaking in who aren’t on WWDB’s current roster of highlighted Diamonds. I don’t know and I don’t care to look. I’m playing with even numbers here. 6. Even if some unlucky Diamond is on the low end of the scale and taking at least $5000 for a night, times 6 Dream Nights $30,000 is still a tidy sum to be earning for the month of January 2012. My guess is most of the Diamonds are earning at least double that sucking a bunch of gullible ambots dry.

Those on the top of the pyramid salute the lowly ambots beneath them who make all those dollars possible!

  2. So sorry to see you got into business with scam artists like that. They give us "Ambots" like me a bad name. You truely don't understand how the corperation works, and if all of the above things you said are true, those people should be reported to the company asap. That is completely wrong, and should not be tolerated. I am so proud to have been with this corperation for almost a year now, and be completely retired from a job for the rest of my life within this next year. Oh yeah.. btw.. I'm 21.

  3. Congratulations on stealing your husbands dream. Very sad to see people like you. If you want to blog and be a bitch that's on you.. but once you've actually taken someones dream.. Wow. That's something you're going to have to live with the rest of your life. Very very sad. I feel incredibly sorry for your husband. Because of you, he never reached his full potential in life. Instead, you both are going to work a job the rest of your lives. Props to you!

  5. Anonymous from Vancouver Washington who wrote the 2 above anonymous comments - We did report our Platinum to Amway and they didn't give a shit. Obviously you've never tried to lodge a complaint with Amway. Their standard response is they're not responsible for what is said at Amway meetings and they'll look into it.

If you're so proud to be with Amway then why not brag about it and say who you are? Most people involved with Amway are too embarrassed to admit they are! And if you're so proud to be with Amway what are you doing looking at sites that tell the truth about what its really like being in Amway? After all you found your way here from the Amway Global Cult Intervention blog.

I stole my husband's dream? Typical comment I can expect from a fucking asshole ambot. Amway stole my dream! I haven't worked a job in years. We run our own business and are semi retired. I'd say someone who starts their own business when they're young enough to take the risks and keeps the business going for years has reached a lot of potential. What we have is a hell of a lot better than sticking it out in Amway and hoping to be part of that one quarter of one percent who will make money at this scam.

  6. I don't share my name because whatever is written online stays there forever, and I don't want to connect myself with this ridiculous blog.

    Amway took your dream? Uhh..?

And since you know SO MUCH about Amway, you should know that "Sticking it out" will get you no where. Doesen't matter what the business, if you don't put in hard work, nothing will happen.

My Emerald is currently making more than his sponsor's sponsor's sponsor... combined.. and then multiplied by 6. So tell me how that's a scam? If you put in the work, results will be there. People who post like this just tells me one thing about their character.. they're quitters.

Actually, It's not a quarter of one percent that make money. But yes, you are right, it is a small amount. Would you like to know why it's so small? Because people like you sign up and expect instant results without any work. And when that doesn't happen, you quit and post blogs about how it's a scam. Kinda like if you have a gym membership. Just because you get one doesn't been you're going to loose weight.

Congrats on owning your own business.. that kinda surprises me that you don't understand the Amway system. I truley hope your business is online, and creates a residual income for your family. Because this economy is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better.

I'm here for entertainment. That is it.

And you want to know the truth about amway? It's completely saved my relationship. The association is amazing. My boyfriend was drinking, smoking pot, and playing WOW every single day. Since amway, he hasn't touched a single one. (In one year) So if you want to know my opinion on Amway.. My opinion is it's pretty damn amazing. and I thank God it came into my life every day. It's brought me hope, and that's more than anyone could ask for.

    1. Do you know how platinums' rubys' emeralds etc. profit? By having a large organization of ibo's underneith them that have a mass collective LOSS. For it to work, there has to be a huge loss somewhere for there to be a huge gain in another area. For one person to make a lot, a lot of people have to lose some. The loss is spread out amongst numerous people, that funnels up to one person that collects into a big gain. That's just how it has to happen. That's just the logistics of it, worldwide is no exception. It is IMPOSSIBLE for everyone in amway to be profitable at the same time. Think about it... I want to break this down into a simple, easy to grasp picture. Imagine 5 people playing poker. They each have their money or chips. Now, they all have to put something in. After they all put in, there is a nice size pile to be won. In order for someone to get paid big, the rest must lose. See? If everyone won at the same time, everyone would just break even and there would be no point in even playing... Sorry, it's how it works. Your upline gets paid by your loss, simple as that. Any money you give to worlwide ends up in upline's pockets, though they didn't work for it... They get your points from amway, and your cash from worldwide. They get ya from 2 directions. Yes you can make the argument that other corporations do that stuff too, but that doesn't take away the fact that WWDB does it. Let's get a handle on the task at hand. WWDB is a money generating machine. It sucks up any money profit you'd make form amway. We made a lot of profits retailing amway, but then it all got swept up by worldwide, functions, tools, membership etc... The only reason people like it is because they make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Once you live a little longer, you'll learn you don't need riches to be a good person or happy. Just don't spend your life shunning your loved ones for the pursuit of cold hard cash. At the end you'll look back and think of the memories, not the money. And it's not that difficult to save a relationship with a boyfriend like you had. Anything would be an improvement, so you have a little bit of a skewed outlook on it, because you don't know any better. i'm not telling anyone to not to do amway, but be realistic and get past all the feel good stuff, and look at the inner workings of it. Be truely honest. And I see they have you believing the FALSE DILEMMA that if someone leaves amway or doesn't build it, then they must be a loser or quitter... Really? That's the ONLY possibility? You're young, and have a lot to learn. There are better things out there for most people. You have to do something you love, that your heart is truely into, and the odds don't matter. For me and a lot of people, it just simply isn't Amway. That doesn't mean someone is a quitter or loser. My family has a hugely successful traditional business, (with a REAL building and parking lot! And employees that make a PROFIT) because it was built off integrity and love for it. You can't tell me Amway is the only answer. It simply isn't.. I just ask you young ones still think on your own. Don't spend your best years closing off any possibility of another avenue of success. Amway is slim... VERY slim. Just sayin'.

    3. No because there are people who buy products who are not even in Amway at all. Its all about volume so clearly you do not know what you are talking about because there is no one who "looses" unless you quit. Those people have done something amazing that not a lot of people have done and the past 2 years we have had new diamonds. People need hope in a world like this and world wide is giving that. The funny thing is I know for a fact that it is not out of money loss. If you saw the behind the scenes of how they run the company they make every decision for the newest person. These leaders are real leaders who love people. Speaking at those functions really is not finically smart for them to do. Trust me, going to hawaii and disney world and disney land with, not only my family, but with friends a long too, make better memories then most people. I am so sorry that what you experienced was negative but I encourage you to remove your judgements and actually try. Maybe if you supported your husband you would get to go to peter island and have him buy you a big diamond ring. Maybe you would wake up at noon to him snuggled in bed every day. Creating those real memories. Because money was never the number one focus it was always that time with the people who matter in life. I think something is whispering in your ear because you were supposed to be huge in this business. I hope you dont let them win

    4. Anonymous - sure there are people who buy Amway products who aren't in Amway at all. These are pity purchases who are enabling a family or friend who is in the Amway cult. The last time a Diamond scanned online Amway's sales figures it showed 3% of Amway's customers are not IBO's. What does that tell you?

So what you just got home from FED and you're all fired up. The Amway cult leaders got their hands out demanding payment NOW for Dream Night so you go online at some ungodly hour of the morning looking for more information on Dream Night because the fucking assholes in your Amway upline won't tell you piss all except its a once in a lifetime opportunity and the not to be missed event of the year.

Yeah take your brainwashed Amway Amspeak somewhere else and peddle that shit.

I notice that, amongst all the familiar thought-stopping Amspeak, this latest, obedient little Ambot declares its age to be just 21.

Sadly, this was once someone's son or daughter, brother or sister.

I sincerely hope that this particularly arrogant young Ambot grows-up and faces the ego-destroying reality that he/she has fallen for an unoriginal fairytale, before more-lasting damage is caused.

  8. Stole your husband's dream? How ignorant and laughable. Well, it would be laughable if our Anonymous from Vancover wasn't so deluded that it's just sad.

Yeah, it was a dream-a dream with absolutely NO basis whatsoever in reality!

  9. Anonymous - the real reason nobody says their real name whether they are a current IBO or a former IBO is because its embarrassing to admit you're with Amway. To this day its embarrassing as hell for either of us to tell people we used to be with Amway. People look at you like you're fucking nuts.

Amway took our money. Not our dream.

I never claimed to know so much about Amway and if you'd read more of my posts you'd know I don't usually get into discussing "the business". My blog is all about making my upline look like a bunch of assholes and if I make Amway look like a bunch of assholes at the same time, well that's how the apples drop.

If you like Emeralds so much you need to read a copy of former Emerald Eric Scheibeler's book Merchants of Deception. Its a free ebook you can download. He'll tell you how much money he was really earning and what life was like being one of the top earners in Amway.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Oh by the way Anonymous, I just noticed you talked about residual income. Total no no as ordered by Amway's head office. IBO's are not allowed to make false representations about expected income or that residual income is possible because its not true. If you've only been in Amway a year then you are living proof that lie is still being taught today. Thanks for dropping by!

  11. David - it is frightening. These trolling Anonymous ambots are quite amazing. The deficiency of sensible & constructive thoughts render a twinge upon my brain. Your juvenile silly comments are amazing. Again I ask why do you ambots assume that those "outside of scamway" all have jobs (nothing inherently wrong there) and a new one from this idiotic Anonymous commenter, that the said "outsiders" never reach their full life's potential? Let's see tell that to that facebook kid, or oh poor Steve Jobs, never reached his full potential because he didn't make a scamway diamond. Darn that Steve Jobs! For displaying such pin head, counterfeit intellect you deserve a salute - with the middle finger pointing way up! A big one you twerp! Think, albeit I know that's a tall order for you, that you may render rejoinders to facts raised here else go chase your friends and family with worthless overpriced scamway crap. In other words YOU shut the hell up and go bitch somewhere else. urrrgh!

    ReplyDelete
  14. ExAmbot - ambots refuse to believe that there is anything else out there other than Amway. It is incomprehensible to their brainwashed minds that people can own businesses that have nothing to do with Amway. And be successful.

I constantly get excused of having a job. I sure wish one of those accusing ambots could tell me what my job is and how much money I'm making and where exactly is that money because I sure ain't seeing any of that from this job they all accuse me of having! I see nothing wrong with having a job. Its not for me but I have other things going on in my life.

This ambot is belittling our real Amway experiences, our financial losses, our emotional devastation and saying that its not true, none of it happened. Its just incredible what a person can be brainwashed into believing. Or brainwashed into refusing to believe the truth. Ack don't say negative! Because negative = the truth!

  15. Actually we welcome quitters here. When one realizes their involvement in scamway is a scam quitting the scam is winning and becomes very noble.

You don't want to connect yourself to this ridiculous blog? Then why are you expending yourself here? Does your upline know your activities here? It behooves you to understand that if you are proud of your comments online and are truthful you would actually want that association in the net sphere, at least you would be putting your mouth where your money is (if scamway hasn't made you broke yet) It won't happen because you are ashamed of being associated with scamway. You hope that somehow before the world of your friends and potential acquaintances blink you will have created some success that will give you boldness to approach them and string them into this scam by selling them dreams. It isn’t gonna happen.

You said "Doesen't (sic) matter what the business, if you don't put in hard work, nothing will happen"
Even drug dealers know that and in fact some work harder than others, and go on to become 50 or jay-z, what's your point? Scamway cult leaders are better scammers than most scammed bots. All these peoples' "hard work" is illegal, immoral and unethical. Again what's your point?

You think everybody who goes to a gym wants to lose weight? Oh yeah I heard that one before, parroted from a BWW stage. It's a pathetic attempt at convincing but it seems to continue to do a great job convincing scammed bots like yourself.

The point about your emerald making 6 leven more than his upline kahuna blah blah means squat. 2 things, first he is better con artist than those other twerps and two Keep going upline there's a bigger kahuna there that he will never out earn. And btw don't just take my word for it or his word about how much he is making, ask for the tax returns and verify if 50% to 85% of his income is not from Scamway but from the sale of system tools to his downlines.

If it's not a quarter of one percent that make money then provide evidentiary documentation what is then. But let's say as you said "you are right, it is a small amount" you seem not to know that it's that way by a mathematical design. It's then camouflaged in nonsensical emotionally targeted wording that anybody can work hard and succeed, it's not easy but it's simple, blah blah. The odds are against scambots, so many (the masses, the fodder) have to lose money for one person to be called successful. It's the fodder that quits for whatever reason but once again, nonetheless, noble. New fodder, i.e. you, joins the fold to replace the ahem, quitters. It's P. T. Barnum all over again, there's a sucker born every minute.

Oh look at this hokey pokey attempt to butter up to a legitimate business owner, viz the blog editor. That you are surprised .... just shut up! You are partaking in an illegal pyramiding scam, the editor owns and runs a legitimate business, quit being so obtuse, it won't win you favors around here.

@Anonymous. Is this your feeble attempt at being god or it's just your now cult mind being judgmental? You seem to actually know that Anna had expectations of instant results without any work when they signed up with scamway. Let's find out. Anna was that your expectation? I didn't think so.

@Anonymous. You said "I truly (sic) hope your business is online, and creates a residual income for your family." Now I am beside myself. Why are you expending your say thoughts purporting to care that Anna's business is online? Of what concern is it to you or your scamway undertaking where Anna's business is at, offline, underline, noline? Quit being distracted and get back to the point. Anna's business is where it is as she wants it to be, leave it be. You hope, hope what, it's not upon you to hope, it's not.

Your opinion about scamway confirms you are just another starry eyed scammedbot. It bears no weight. One finding scraps of bread from a dumpster does not negate the source is still a dumpster.

You said "I'm here for entertainment. That is it." Actually you are better advised to take that stance for now seeing how you have so far displayed a frail intellect. You just might pick up something that will pry your eyes open. Remember a mind is like a parachute... you must know the rest by now.

  17. Ah, and she's gonna give us the wisdom of her 'advanced' age; along with oodles of experience, right?

When the powers that be on an amway stage can't refute our experiences, they resot to the oldest trick in the book: claim we were too lazy to build it.

Little Missy, you have no idea the years we wasted working like dogs to build this business. There's no way in hell your generation will ever work like ours did.

Do you hand-deliver all retails sales? Oh, you don't DO retail? Too old-fashioned for you?

How many Retail Clinics have you held in homes and hotels? How many Vitamin Clinics? Aritstry Clinics? Have you reached 500 board plans yet? Well, what the hell are you waiting for, you lazy ass!

How many times have YOU been rewaded for being the retail kings? Never? You best be gettin' it done.

How many years have you averaged 3 hrs. sleep per night? What a loser!

Are you raising kids while you do all this? Caring for your very elderly parents while you do this thing called amway?

We Boomers are working fools. We live eat and breath work. It was bred into us. We know nothing else. We will work till we're dead even if we have the money to retire.

This new generation acts like they are the only ones who will suck up the debt of the recent bailouts. No so. Our decades worth of 401(k) savings have been drained. You think it's tough to make payments for debt? Try having your life savings taken from you without so much as a thank-you.

Imagine how we Boomers feel knowing we are starting all over again without the benefit of youth. It sucks. So quit your belly aching, already. It's boring.

  18. Anna - This intellectually-castrated 21 year old Ambot (whom we presume is a girl, because it now declares a boyfriend, and homosexuals have never been exactly welcome in conservative-Christian 'Amway' ranks) displays the classic, 'if I just keep faith, I will achieve Utopia,' mind-set of a deluded core-cult adherent.

From the way the girl-Ambot describes her totally-transformed once morally-flawed, but now-morally-perfect, Ambot boyfriend, it's not difficult to deduce how this pair of lost souls fell for the 'Amway' fairytale. Unfortunately, what she confidently describes as 'hope,' is actually false hope, and the sooner she confronts this ego-destroying reality: the less the damage will be.

A few years back, someone published a comprehensive list of the many, grinning Ambot recruitment poster boys and girls who have all mysteriously 'gone missing in action.' Sadly, for more than 50 years, every gung-ho Ambot raw-recruit has temporarily believed that he/she will be one of the brave survivor/heros of the 2-5 year all-out 'Amway' plan of attack, and that, whilst all those cowardly deserters continue to run away from the battlefield and get nothing, he/she will see it through and receive the spoils of victory - 'Total Financial Freedom'.

The 'no surrender/ no retreat' mind-set of Ambot cannon-fodder is truly frightening when you consider that the hidden, ongoing attrition-rate in the 'MLM income opportunity' fraud known as 'Amway' has always been 100% - excluding the original instigators of the fraud and an insignificant minority of schills (cowering behind the front-line) whose wealth has secretly derived from the secondary advance fee fraud a.k.a. 'tool scam'.

All the quantifiable evidence proves beyond all reasonable doubt that it is effectively impossible to achieve the 'Amway' Utopia, because the 'Amway' Utopia is a cruel lie.

There is no quantifiable evidence in the form of audited accounts which proves that anyone on the endless 'Amway' casualty lists during the previous 50+ years, has received an overall net-profit from regularly retailing 'Amway'-supplied goods, and/or services, to the public.

Tellingly, the US Internal Revenue Service does not consider 'Amway' participation to be a legitimate business activity. All 'Amway'-related bogus-business-expense-claims made by American Ambots against other quantifiable revenues, are automatically refused by the IRS. In other words, the IRS recognizes 'Amway' as a sort of amateur dramatics club for puerile persons playing out the addictive fantasy that they are grown-up adult businessmen and business women who, one day, will become miraculously rich.

Going full time in one year? Sure that is retread amspeak by all new ambots. Hint if you are a platinum within three months there might be an indication you are an exception, which also equates as a better con artist. It follows truthfully as well that if you do not have a so-called J.O.B. (or find yourself without one) then for all intents and purposes you can consider yourself fulltime in Amway, can't you?
If you want to preclude your already on going association with this blog such desire is misplaced. In fact, does that not mean you are unwilling to take one for the Amway team that you are so proud of? It's not that difficult to fathom your simple mind - you are very ashamed of your Amway association in the first place, not this blog.
Actually whatever value you find here, be it entertainment or otherwise, you would thoroughly derive a full experience the more you come back and the more you read around. It is a good thing keep reading.

Also- do you think that Best Buy/Barnes & Noble/Sears/Pacsun/etc. would involve themselves in an illegal pyramid?? Oh, and we just had our first BILLION dollar month.. How'd they sneak that one past the IRS? Haha

"Nothing better out there"- I never said that. Wealth is created online these days, and if you want part of it you better be doing something online. (Like your blog! Good job! Are you getting paid for it? You should be.)

"We Boomers are working fools. We live eat and breath work. It was bred into us. We know nothing else. We will work till we're dead even if we have the money to retire."... Um, sounds like you're the one brainwashed. I'm sorry. If you call success principles brainwashing, then yep, they're brainwashed me. Thank god.

I don't touch a single product. like I said above.. ONLINE is where money is made. All of the people you listed.. Jobs, Zuckerburg, etc.. ALL online.

And why do I care if her business is online or not? Unlike you guys I'm not out for blood. I actually want people to succeed. I work as a manager at a small business, and I see how hard things are. So I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Wisdom has nothing to do with age. Just because you're old doen't make you wiser than me. Sorry to say it.

So- Just keep on drinking the KOOLAIDE on this blog site if that's what it takes for ya'll to feel better about yourselves.. I'm sure that comment will make you guys swarm like pirannahs.

  22. ExAmbot and CT - I think you said it all! Ambots will never get it. Must rely on canned Amspeak responses and resort to distraction techniques and personal attacks. The Amway way!

  23. David - I realize Anonymous Ambot mentioned a boyfriend but I didn't want to jump to conclusions that this is a female rather than a male.

Interesting what you said about homosexuals not being welcome in Amway. I wondered about that. One night our Platinum went off on a rant about gay marriages that are legal in many regions. I wasn't sure if this was his homophobia coming through or if this is Amway's position that he is preaching. Though if you're an Ambot the two sides can only become one.

Our sack of shit Platinum was outraged by other things that most people don't think of twice these days such as unmarried couples living together and women getting pregnant when they're not married. Like other people's lives are any of his business. His life mission is to cram Amway down everyone's throat and then force his personal beliefs on them.

Thank you for what you had to say but we all know no brainwashed ambot will ever believe the truth.

  24. You must have been a bully on the school grounds because like I said I'm not out for blood.. I was simply stating facts and if you can't comprehend that sucks. Everything I said was from me, and the facts.. not some "Amspeak". But bottom feeders will be bottom feeders. I don't care how "Sucessful" you are, Anna.. you're just plain mean. If your mission in life it to make people look like "Assholes" you're definitely doing a great job of making yourelf look like one. Signing off for good. Dwell on that one folks.

  25. Anonymous from Vancouver Washington - Amway has been declared an illegal pyramid in just about every country it operates in. The problem is governments have a hard time shutting them down. That's what a good legal team is for. Finding loopholes in the law.

The BBB rating is a myth that ambots are not supposed to be quoting. But thanks for letting us know its still out there!

Many companies will come up with a mutual partnership if there is something in it for them. Its called marketing and making a profit. Care to explain why Barnes & Noble complains about ambots in their store harrassing customers and the complaint they filed to Amway?

    http://www.amquix.info/quixtar_barnes_noble_stop.html

I agree you didn't write "nothing better out there" on my blog. This is a general ambot statement that is directed at all ambots and is what I've observed and heard. Keep your eyes open for a better business opportunity to come along where you don't have to be defending your choice and embarrassed to admit you have anything to do with it.

If you work as a manager at a small business I can understand why you're looking for something better. I've seen a lot of young people get stuck with the title of manager or supervisor. Maybe they get paid 25 cents or 50 cents an hour more than the other staff or maybe they don't. They get all the headaches that go along with that title. That's why a young person can be sucked into accepting it because they don't know better yet. As we get older and more life experiences we can see through it and say no thanks!

No our business is not online. We deal face to face with real customers who love us and recommend us to many more new customers. The secret to success that most people eventually figure out is to find something you love doing and then find a way to make money at it. Offer exceptional service or product at a reasonable price and people will keep coming back.

In other words we don't have to go around bullshitting others that we have high prices because we have a high quality product.

Um, we're not the ones that are drinking the Kool Aid. I realize Jonestown was a little before your town but the similarities to the Amway cult are creepy. That's why once ambots have been thoroughly brainwashed by the Amway cult they're referred to as drank the Kool Aid.

Glad you like my blog after all! Nope, I don't get paid for it. I am willing to sell my blog to the highest bidder over $5 million and then I'll just go away....

  26. Aw gee I must have hurt his/her feelings and s/he's going away.

People who are bullies are successful at Amway.

That is why I could never, ever, ever be good at Amway or any other scam. I'm no good at lying. I'm no good at sneering at people who have jobs. I'm not good at ripping people off.

I am too honest to ever be successful at Amway.

  27. Anonymous from Vancouver Washington - look how many years you had to go back for some of that. Before you were even born! Has it ever occurred to you there might have been changes in the past 30 years but ambots would choose to ignore it.

Even if you choose not to believe what you read here, what about your great Amway god? Would you believe something written on Amway’s web page?

If you actually believe what you read on Amway’s web page I want to point out that you are in violation of Amway’s Business Rules of Conduct:

"You should not use the name or seal of the BBB in any printed materials that go to the general public or in advertisements, nor should you represent or imply to the public, either orally or in writing, that Amway or its products or services are endorsed by the BBB."

If you need a refresher go here to review because I bet you’re breaking a few more of their rules.

    https://www.amway.com/en/support/business-support/Business-rules-of-conduct

I mean its no skin off my ass if you are in violation of Amway’s rules for their IBO’s but if you really love Amway and want to stick it out until you have no more money left you might want to avoid having them terminate your contract. And yes, Amway can fire you at any time for whatever reason.

Legitimate business owners who own real business and are really there own boss never have to worry about being fired. Pretend business owners in a pyramid scheme have to live in fear of having their stone pulled out from beneath them.

I know that you’re only quoting your upline and they provided these links to you but you might want to think about why those bastards would tell you to violate Amway's rules and get the word out. I bet your upline bastards have also given you the big bullshit speech about how they only have your best interests at heart and how they want to “help” you. You don’t have to worry about me reporting you. I have zero interest in being the Amway police. Your upline may have their own agenda to report you. Its called taking over your downline if you have any and absorbing your business.

So here’s a big heads up to the people from Alticor in Ada and Grand Rapids who read my blog: I ain’t going to tell you NOTHING about any of my readers so don’t even bother asking for the IP of Anonymous who is violating your rules. If you ask I’ll just tell you to fuck off cause its none of your business who reads my blog.

  28. The BBB is accessible to anyone who wishes to see the ligitimacy for ANY business.

I am not using them to advertise products or services.. and I didn't say they endorse our products. I'm telling you simply that according to them, it is not an illegal pyramid. Also- I never used their symbol. I would to refer to the BBB before I joined a "pyramid business".

  30. Anonymous - the BBB is to resolve complaints filed by consumers. Companies receive a BBB rating depending on whether or not they satisfactorily resolved the complaint. Just because a company satisfies the BBB's criteria for complaint resolution that doesn't necessarily mean the customer was happy with the outcome. BBB doesn't endorse companies, even those who pay them a membership fee.

I'm guessing someone in your upline is spreading that lie. We've all heard it before. Many years ago. No way you made up that lie.

Whether or not you personally are using the BBB to endorse Amway's products, Amway has a whole section in their rules of IBO conduct regarding the BBB. I only chose one sentence out of several paragraphs to quote above. Its not using the BBB symbol thats the issue, rather that you bragged here that "The Better Business Bureau gives us an A+.." Amway's rules say IBOs can't do that. Undoubtedly they got a reprimand from the BBB due to IBOs making that claim otherwise why would they bother specifically mentioning that in their rules.

Typical IBO defence when there is none is to ignore the facts. Deny. Lie. Create a distraction. Character assassination. This is all part of what we're taught and what we observe while in Amway and its typical of comments left on my blog by current IBO's.

I get that big Grinch smile across my face evey time a newbie ambot comes in here to really give it to us lazy losers.

I mean really, it makes you want to just say, 'awww, isn't she cute? Look how she's trying to act all grown up and everything.

Hey, Ambot, read this s-l-o-w-l-y. I've been married almost twice as long as you have been alive. We were guttin' it out in amway before computers. I'll give you a little tip: computers simply gather data and spit it back out again. They don't smile at you for a job well done. They can't hold back your hair when you are sick and vomiting and too weak to do it yourself. It can't comfort you for the loss of a loved one - serving you tea and promising to stay in the room 'till you're asleep.

It's O.K. to get your hands dirty to make a living. Been doing it for decades and lo and behold, I'm still kickin'.

It's not nice to hold your nose when you walk by the little people who are willing to do real work. I don't know if you go to college or not but are you aware that factories in some states are begging for qualfied welders, machinists, etc.? Do you even know what those skills consist of?

Our generation did not go to college to learn those skills. We learned them from our fathers and in jr. high and high school. Your generation thinks the whole world works on a push-button system.

Another tip for you: you may want to take some survival skill classes in case the power goes out. Oh, yeah, a plunger is handy to own, as well. Just in case you mired in your own crap.

    You can thank me later.

  33. Anna + free-thinking readers - Please do not consider me as a lofty intellectual. However, I agree with a lofty Welsh intellectual, Bertrand Russel, who, many years ago, observed :

'Most people would rather die than think - in fact, they do.'

Apart from generally shocking accounts written by ex-adherents, and by their relatives, there are only a few honest books on the wider-phenomenon of cultism that can be easily understood by the average reader. One of the best, is by the late Prof. Margaret Singer. It's entitled, 'Cults In Our Midst.'

After watching in horror as my university-educated brother fell for the 'Amway' fairytale in Britain, I began to study and write about cultism. I have published 'The Universal Identifying Characteristics of a Cult,'in which I call for a common-sense attitude towards a disturbing phenomenon which often seems too absurd to be dangerous.

In reality, the worst charlatans of history have always arrived at times of mass-alienation (following wars, plagues, disasters, economic crises, etc.). They have identified what it is that people need to believe, and they have controlled how their followers think and behave, by ritualizing, and short-circuiting, their means of thought. In simple terms, the worst charlatans have all told essentially the same big lie. They have kept repeating this lie until eventually people accepted it as the truth. They have all maintained the big lie by hiding its catastrophic results.

Cultism is a trap. Obviously, anyone who only examines the bait in a trap and who remains unaware of its true purpose, risks getting caught themselves. Just like a mousetrap, the basic design for the cultic trap has remained the same down the centuries even if the presentation of the bait has become evermore sophisticated. Sadly, many commentators have found it impossible - when faced with the apparently illogical results of cultism - to abandon their existing academic, and professional, disciplines, which are anchored in the logic of the traditional world. Consequently, their understanding has often been made impossible by misplaced objectivity. However, it must be remembered that a counterfeit banknote might be 99.9 % perfect, but the bit that is not makes all of it a fake. Similarly, in order to have any chance of understanding cultism, it must be approached from the apparently subjective point of view that its results are always the product of a contagious deception, the victims of which unconsciously accept fiction as fact. Only then, can the phenomenon be examined with genuine objectivity. Once this vital principle has been learned, the apparently authentic words and images reflected by persons under the influence of cultism - like those printed on counterfeit banknotes - are revealed as dangerous distractions. They should never be taken at face value and, therefore, I try to remind my readers of this at all times. Any commentator who repeats the reality-inverting shielding-terminology of any cultic group, but without detailed qualification (or heavy irony), demonstrates that he/she remains at a pitifully low-level of understanding.

Thus, it is of absolutely no relevance what the core-followers of the cultic group most-commonly referred to as 'Amway' steadfastly pretend to be reality, because they are psychotic (i.e. dissociated from external reality), but they are convinced that they alone represent the truth, and they act accordingly.

  34. CT - it'll be interesting to see if anonymous ambot returns. S/he claims to like my blog but has been put on the run by being provided a link to Amway's own web page of their rules that IBO's must adhere to. Realization that they've been lied to by someone upline takes a while to sink in. This ambot has been well brainwashed not to accept anything said by people outside of Amway. Hopefully s/he will has been given some things to think about and will start questioning what the upline is saying.

  36. DREAM NIGHT @ BWW WAS ALL ABOUT $$$ TO CULT LEADERS MILKING AMBOTS!

Over at BWW the said dream nights cost about $100 back then and were held around the country-gotta maximize revenue from ambots! The east coast ones were allegedly the mother of all functions - 25k to 35k in attendance compared to Midwest @ 5 to 10k. Cult leaders convince ambots that they don't make money unless they help them (ambots) make money. How noble. Funny ambots never add up the math about the revenues from these functions. Ambots cannot comprehend the +/- $3 million revenue at these events collected from ticket sales to them and an obvious question - what happens to all that loot? Anyway, ambots leave these functions with a pacified mindset that their attendance cost just a $100. Somehow, they fail to see what takes place behind the famous "this-side-of-the-stage" where the cult leaders split up the loot, @ 15k for emerald speakers, $20k for diamonds, etc. Not sure about the exact figures currently but you get the gist, only ambots leave without any cash. After I woke up from my cult of greed induced ambot slumber I realized that is what dream night was all about-all ye ambots bring thy cash unto thine cult leaders to buy and floss to mansions and cars to ye all.

    Food for thought

To get people to these functions ambot lingo goes thus "30K people will be in attendance..." Sadly, it is the same today as it was 20 years ago. That is a poor testament to a "business" that is "growing gangbusters!" The wake of scamway's 50 years is littered with (estimates I have heard) roughly 30 million exambots in US, with no residual income. It is proof of revolving door in this silly cult business not!

  38. ANONY-MOUSE AND OTHER AMBOTS, GET EXCITED HERE'S YOUR FUTURE!

Anna I hope you will let me copy and paste this from JoeCool's site because while being relevant to this "class session" or debate it is a poignant memory to some of us, if not many.

    Former Amway IBO Testimony?
I was approached to join Amway in January 2003. At the time all the talk of ‘financial freedom’, ‘sacking my boss’ and ‘throwing away my alarm clock’ was just what i wanted to hear. The man who showed me the business plan referred to the business as ‘Y2K’ and made no mention of Amway. I went home with my head full of dreams about fancy cars, yachts, private jets and all the material things in life. I signed up the next day and within a couple of weeks had signed up most of my family. The Monday night meetings became a meeting point for my family and friends; I signed them all up!

For the next three years, i effectively worked two jobs. During the day i worked my usual job as a real estate agent and then at nights I went to meetings, cold called potential prospects and showed the plan to potential clients. I dropped introductional tapes, books and then cd’s all over the city. I bought products that I still havent used just to make up my monthly quota of points. When i was getting close to the 21% bonus level for the first time, i was strongly encouraged by my upline to buy an air filtering machine, using approximately $2,000 of money that i didnt really have, just to hit this target.

This pattern continued for three years and i really didnt advance in the business. Slowly my family and downline drifted out of the business, as success eluded them. My wife got sick and tired of showing the plan and going to endless meetings, all for little result. It put a serious strain on our marriage. When i started to falter, my upline would arrange a ‘dream session’ and i would go hard again for another three months or so. Finally, i missed a Monday night meeting. There was an outcry the next day, with all of my upline ringing me to try and remotivate me. By then, in about April 2006, I had had enough.

During my time in ‘the business’ (as it is referred to) i spent at least $10,000 on mostly worthless junk. I accumulated thousands of tapes, cd’s, motivational books and attended hundreds of meetings, seminars and dream nights. I also showed the plan to hundreds of prospective clients. The largest monthly cheque i ever received was about $160, most were a lot smaller than that. I never made a profit. Every month i spent more than i earned.

Five years after i left the business and all of my downline and a lot of my upline have left Amway. Some diehards are still going and good luck to them. God knows how they keep going.

Looking back, I was totally sold on the idea of being a multi-millionaire and having all of the material things in life. I was convinced that Amway was going to provide that. I believed the stories of fantastic wealth derived from short periods in the business, but never directly saw any evidence of it. The most successful couple that we saw have now been in the business for over 18 years and are still not diamonds. I am told that they are still out showing the plan and going to meetings after nearly two decades since first joining. They must have the strenth of Hercules and the patience of Job. Good luck to them.

Since leaving the business I have re-built most of the relationships that were damaged by my over zealous recruiting attempts. I now enjoy just having one job and being able to go home at night and just watch tv on the couch or relax with friends. No meetings to attend, no book of the month to read, no plans to show and no downline to worry about and try to keep motivated. One thing i do have though is a whole garage full of old cleaning products……

  39. Anna - Bertrand Russell is probably the only important, modern, British-born philosopher. He managed to get into Russia with a bunch of wide-eyed British socialists and communists just after the revolution of 1917, and just before the 'Soviet Union' was created in the early 1920s. On his return to Britain, Russell wrote a insightful book in which he warned that he'd observed that many Russians had lost the will to live during WWI, and that they were now being given the will to live again by an apparently-attractive, new form of religion, 'communism', but which, due to the fanaticism of its adherents, would only bring misery and suffering to the world.

I'm sure that Bertrand Russell would have immediately identified exactly the same dangerous fanaticism in 'Amway' adherents.

I never met Bertrand Russell, but I once met Rod Stewart in an antiques fair in London.

  41. Ha ha! You tell 'em ExAmbot! I think we all have a general idea of how much profit is being made at Dream Night. Number of attendees x $66 (or more $$ as in my case!) less the cost of meal/staff/banquet room rental. The unknown factor is how those at the top of the pyramid are splitting the proceeds of their scam.

As far as where did Anonymous get that lie about the BBB, etc - straight from their lying upline! Where else? Someone that age and inexperienced is probably not going to come up with a lie like that all on their own especially since it has been floating around Amway circles for many years.

  45. Anna - It must be 20 years since I met Rod Stewart. I remember he had a very strange effect on two 'forty-something' women who were present. Rod seemed to have remained a very nice, down to earth, humorous guy from Scotland. There were a couple of much-older people in the conversation who genuinely didn't know who he was. Rod kept a straight face and talked to them about how he'd emmigrated to America to promote Scottish/ Celtic culture. When I met him, he was visiting a stand at the antiques fair, selling naive, enthnic and ancient art objects.

Apart from the fact that Bertrand Russel died at the time when 'Rod the Mod' first became famous, it's very difficult to imagine two people with less in common. A dinner with the pair of them would have been a truly surreal event.

  46. Rod Stewart is pretty cool. He's still singing, the old codger. Good for him.

I met Michael Landon while he and the cast of 'Highway to Heaven' was being produced. He took pictures with us and signed our 'Little House' books. Very much a gentleman.

Mr. French, on the other hand, was a complete ass! He would speak to no one, sign nothing; just stomped off to his room. What a jerk.

And what did you see him in after his HTH stint before he died? That's right, nothing. It's not nice to not be nice to the little people.

As for our 21 year old ambot wonder, dang, where'd she go? I was just getting warmed up. It's too funny when they puke out amspeak and then try to tell us who have been there that they did not get those extremely old worn out lines at a function.

  48. Not sure why you are so closed minded to network marketing. Network marketing is one of the best ways to start a business as stated by many well known business owners Donald Trump has been one of the many to state this. Yes Amway is a networking company and WWDB is a company that is made up of Amway business owners. Both these organizations are in the BBB and rated at A+. People tend to criticize when they fail, or just simply quit. To build any business any requires hard work and sacrifice. Research any organization and you will see that they all have had to go through some dark times, there is nothing different about a networking company in which Amway is rate #1 world wide.

    1. I find this new key phrase enjoyable. "Network Marketing". It is still Multi-level Marketing or MLM.
You are right, Multilevel marketing is a great way to start a business, but you aren't starting a business, you are participating. Donald Trump started a MLM, he didn't become a sales rep. If he had anything in common with you, he would have just joined Amway. In fact; what does that say about your opportunity? This wealthy man, you look up to, didn't join your once in a lifetime opportunity, he went out and started a new one. If your business was so fireproof, the wealthy would just join. They wouldn't buy out downlines, they wouldn't start their own MLM.
Amway regulations say you are not supposed to mention BBB, but no matter how many times we tell you, ambots keep parroting it off. I guess when posting anonymously, it is acceptable to break the rules.
As for Amway being the #1 MLM in the world, there's no refuting that. Not many MLMs are international, and their scope is much smaller. That doesn't make it a better money making opportunity. That doesn't make it morally sound.

Real rebuttals, with concrete facts that refute what we say directly, are the only way any of us critics will even begin to "open our minds" to MLM. Your arguments, as well as countless other Amway sympathizers' arguments, are misleading and off topic. As with any MLMer trying to convince, not only us, but themselves, you give irrelevant facts that often cannot be confirmed, or are easily refuted. Amway commissioned sales representatives are the ones too closed minded to the idea that they have made a mistake.

    2. I’m not sure how to respond to your comment about how you enjoy the new phrase “Network Marketing”…..”that’s good” I guess? As society moves forward and new generations are born new terminology’s, new phrases for old things come to float, big deal. What’s your point on that one? As far as me not stating my name and remaining anonymous is a personal preference has nothing to do with Amway I’m sorry if that doesn’t sit well with you it was an option and I took it, oh wait is that illegal(kind of put things in perspective about how you feel when people are doing different things) Donald Trump has build an empire, he is mostly now an investor there is no reason for him to start a new business, not every wealthy person is going to invest in every money making opportunity, that’s just nonsense. Donald Trump simply went his own way of making money simple as that, that doesn’t discredit network marketing, oh sorry multi level marketing. Is Amway “fireproof” no of course not, are the stocks fireproof? Is starting a traditional business fireproof? Doesn’t make any of them illegal including Amway. With any business opportunity or any money making opportunity it requires hard work and perseverance. I’m not sure where you got the regulation where it states that Amway says not to say their rating on BBB (it’s stated in some of their pamphlets). It’s still a fact whether I’m breaking a rule or not, here let me break the rule one more time “Amway is rated A+ in the BBB”. You say that MLM is a great way to start a business but then right after you say it’s not a business so which one is it? Here let me help you MLM is part of a business, it’s a structure of a business, just like a traditional business has a traditional structure, the structure is not the business. So do you have a problem with the structure or Amway?
You say a real rebuttal requires concrete facts, where are yours? Amway is rate A+ in the BBB (oops) they are #28 in Forbes (look it up). They have been in business since 1959. If it was illegal they would have been shut down years ago instead they keep thriving with sales of 11.3 Billion yes they make money on IBO’s effort so does the owner of business from his employee’s the only difference is that the employee only gets what his/her hourly wage allows him/her to or their salary. Bottom line MLM is legal, Amway is legal, come on man you’re a blogger sounds to me that you are intact with the 21’st century, businesses are also changing in the 21’st century, just because its not traditional doesn’t make it illegal or wrong for that matter.

    3. Not once did I imply that this is illegal, now did I? You are trying to spin the conversation to suit your needs.
As for the 'times change, names change' argument. This is yet another spin doctor move to attempt to alleviate Amway from the tarnished 'Multi-Level Marketing' moniker. Changing the phrase doesn't change the reputation.
MLM is a great way to start a business, but you are not starting that business are you? Did you start Amway? No, you are simply joining. You have misunderstood my point.
Amway's rating in the BBB, something your parent company has asked you not to mention, is based on Amway itself. You and many other Ambots claim you own your own business, right? So what is YOUR rating, business owner?
The longevity of Amway (the 1959 remark) is irrelevant. Longevity does not implicate that IBOs are constantly succeeding, it only implies that Amway, your supplier as you ambots love to tout, has.
I just looked at Forbes, but your personal business, or any AMO is not listed. Again, if you wish to keep telling the world that Amway is just your supplier, you cannot continue to hitch a ride on their stats.
Again, you imply that I said it is illegal, I did not. Every single commissioned sales rep for Amway can act legally, or illegally, based on how strictly they follow the rulebook. You are here, and you have mentioned the BBB, that's two minor things, two easy things you are doing against the terms of your contract. (oops)
11.3 Billion...they are just your supplier right? Most IBOs are Prosumers right? It says nothing about IBOs other than it would seem many of them are just in a buyers club.
Now, you want concrete facts from me? OK.
-Fortune Magazine recently released it's Top 100 companies to work for, guess who wasn't listed. Oh that's right as I pointed out, they are just your supplier. (this is me making a point about Ambots only using information that spins the conversation in their direction)
Go ahead and tell me how 'If your dream is big enough, facts don't count!'
These are just a few examples of proper due diligence, done by people who did not fall for the dog and pony show.

Yes, it is legal, who said it wasn't? It has seen quite some time in court though hasn't it?

It is a poor business agenda for the individual IBO. If the facts I received when I was being recruited are correct, 99% will not see a profit. Those that do will make, on average, just over $2,000 a year. If you are profitable, that means 99 others are not. Look around at your next conference and tell yourself how much you respect and care for the 99/100 who will lose money. In fact, tell them yourself. How long can you hold back the guilt?

  49. Part 1/2 respond
Turn the conversation to suit my needs? Are you serious ? Tell me exactly what your problem is with MLM and Amway and all those people attempting it and I will address all your points. Sounds to me that you are a little bitter about your experience, and its quite obvious that you weren't successful in it, and that's fine it really isn't for everybody, just like many people who haven't been successful in starting up a traditional business. Somethings are simply not for people. But there are the few that make it both in MLM and in traditional business and then there are those thousands that don't make it. Poor business opportunity? Why? An opportunity is an opportunity, you make of it what you will, if i were to tell you go start up a traditional business and you don't succeed, are you going to go on to a blog and start being bitter about it? No of course not, you just simply weren't successful not because you couldn't its just maybe you didn't have the drive to go through the hard times. As far as "My Business" not being on BBB, your right its not, but guess what the multi-million dollar company i work for right now isn't either, that must mean that its a poor business opportunity I should go tell the owner that he should shut down. Oh an by the way the company i work for makes well over 100 million dollars a year and guess what it lost money in its first few years, I wonder if the owner of the company had given up, would he of called it a poor business opportunity? I wonder if he gave up when things seemed unfair and hard would of he gone on a blog and start being bitter about it? He thought different just like every successful person in life, think average, think the same way as everyone else, and you will be average and be the same as everyone else. Bottom line if you had a bad experience with MLM/Amway or know of someone that did what gives you the right to tell everyone else that is a poor business opportunity? Just because you didn't make it? Failure is not a creditable reason for something to be a poor opportunity, even a bad experience isn't creditable, where you failed others can succeed

  50. Part 2/2 Respond
Can you imagine if everyone that failed at something were to start a blog or a movement saying for people not to do it and every single person listen, where do you think we would be? You have all these "stats" on IBO's failing and what not, look up some stats on traditional businesses failing or even students quitting school, the stats are overwhelming. From what I'm getting in your responses is that you agree this is a legit way to start a business, but you call it a poor opportunity because 99% of the IBO's don't profit. What about the 1% that make it? Was the opportunity different or something? Or was their mind set and drive different? But you might be thinking that I'm saying stuff on my responses to "suit my needs". So I will wait for your response for you to tell me what exactly it is that you have issues with MLM and Amway and i promise to respond to all of them in a way that it doesn't "suit my needs". One last thing I'll will address in this response is how you say that Amway is the business and I'm just a participant. Lets take bestbuy for example, do yo think they manufacture all of their products? No they don't, so are they just a participant of Sony, Toshiba and all the other name brands? Does Sony and all the other brands make money on the products that bestbuy sells? Yes, they make their cut. Does Bestbuy have other franchises, they do. Amway is very similar, their franchises are the people (its a NETWORK company), just because an IBO doesn't have a brick and mortar business doesn't make it a poor opportunity in fact its a better one, your overhead alone is drastically bigger if you own a brick and mortar business, thats why its all done online after all we are on the 21'st century. Here are other MLM companys that you may have heard of and hey, going by your reasoning they are all poor business opportunities, Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware.
Opportunity is just that an opportunity whether it becomes a poor one or a great one, that's up to the individual, your personal journey will determine that, but at the end of the day whether it be a bad one or a good one, doesn't take away from the opportunity itself.

    1. Just to add one more thing, about it not being a "business", when you file for taxes, its not a T4 you're filing for, you need to file it as a business tax, and you right off many things just as a "real" business would. Again you don't call it a "business" why? In your right mind what is a business? Just because we don't have our own name or produce our own product? If that's your only reasoning than man you should alert the government and thousands of other business that they have been filing their taxes wrong.....

  51. Its confirmed I just called Amway business support and rules and conduct. All platinums and above, get paid for books tapes board plans and major functions ( if they speak at them)

    Example.
1.Family reunion cost about $400.00 for a 3 day weekend not counting travel cost or food or hotel.
Now if 20,000 people attend thats 8 million dollars in ticket sales generated for family reunion.
Lets say it cost 2 million for renting the auditorium and the clean up crew. That leaves 6 million dollars. From the ticket proceeds correct NOW PAY ATTENTION HERE.! Lets say there were 40 speakers for the 3 day event that 6 million gets divided between the 40 speakers thats $150,000 per speaking couple . They will walk away with speaking at a weekend event with a profit of $150,000 WOW! Now there are 3~4 major functions per year GET THE POINT!

    2. If they FORCE you to be on a tape program or they won't help you build your business there is a reason for this. NOW PAY ATTENTION HERE.! They buy the tapes or CD'S ect.
FOR EXAMPLE for $1.50 each they resell them to you for $8.00 each now imagine if you sell 500 audio material units through your business each month.
your cost is $750.00 your profit is $3,250.00.

    3. Books and tools same rules applies as rule 2.

    4. Now when you attend a board plan at an auditorium or a rented hall, it cost about $7.00-$10.00
to get into the board plan. So lets say 1000 people attend this board plan. Lets say its $1,500.00 to rent this hall for 2.5 hours. Lets say the average cost to enter is $8.50 thats $8,500.00 in ticket sales for that board plan. That leaves $7,000.00 left over that money is straight profit for the person who did the board plan.

    5. So yes you can make money in Amway
BUT NOT FROM SELLING PRODUCTS TO YOUR DOWNLINE!

    6. As a matter of fact all you need to do is spend about $350.00 a month to be core! This amount being spent will make sure you are entitled to your 3% bonus check MEANING 100PV & 300BV.

    7. So you don't need to get rid of all your stuff in your house thats not from Amway. And if anyone tells you this RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM AND CHANGE YOUR LINE OF SPONSORSHIP!

    8. I have been in many diamonds homes and I have seen all kinds of stuff in there house thats not from Amway BTW! And there diamonds some are even executive diamonds! LOL!!

9.So the goal is to get to platinum make your own tapes hold your own board plans and speak and major functions and sell a bunch of tools to your downline. THIS IS WARE YOU WILL MAKE THE BULK OF YOUR MONEY!
ALSO make sure you and everyone in your group does a minumum of $300.00 -$350.00 in the sales of products each month.

    10. So that means sponsor about 100 people and work your butt off to help them understand that in-order to build a successful Amway business. They must spend at least $300.00 -$350.00 a month in products they need from Amway and duplicate it by also sponsoring 100 people them selves and working there butt off to help them do the same. NOW I SAY SPONSOR 100 BECAUSE SOME WILL QUIT AND SOME WONT SPEND $300.00-$350.00 PER MONTH. so as long as you have 25 who spend $300.00 to $350.00 per month who do consistenly then you will go platinum. As long as you hold your volume for 6 months from this point forward its a simple process of duplication to get to the diamond level. And beyond!

    11. So once again this information was confirmed by Amway just 40 minutes ago on a phone call SO ITS 100% CORRECT!

So yes you can make money in Amway
BUT NOT FROM SELLING PRODUCTS TO YOUR DOWNLINE!

I wish up-lines would tell the truth as to how money is really made in this thing called Amway!!

Its all the lies that piss people off! Not how the money is made! We are made to believe that its all made from selling products and that is the farthest thing from the truth!!

    1. Hey Joan thanks for stopping by and going right to the source for your information.

See we don't call it the Amway tool scam for nothing. If you haven't already done so download a free ebook called Merchants of Deception. There's a link on the right side of this page under more information about Amway. An Emerald with 1000 people in the downline makes only $2 to $3000 a month. Not the promised 100k+ we all heard at Scamway meetings. So getting some profit sharing at the Platinum and above level but the Diamonds at the top of the pyramid are stingy about sharing greed pie. The book goes more into detail about the Amway tool scam and that's where the real profit is for those sitting at the top of the Amway pyramid.

As for auditoriums that the Amway brainwashing functions are held at. They are often rented free or at hugely reduced rate. This is because the arena owners make a lot of money off parking. $20/day to park your car times how many Ambots? Plus food and drink sales from the concessions. I doubt any Amway cult leader is spending in the million plus range to rent an arena especially since attendance keeps dropping. The higher the rental fee = less money in their pockets.

As you pointed out the real money in Amway is from selling tickets to functions and what they call "motivational tools" aka the Amway tool scam. The real money isn't making 10 cents commission on whatever Amway products they sell to suckers.

Yup Amway is nothing but lies and bullshit propaganda and brainwashing ambots to believe they're all going to be rich in 2 to 5 years with bazillions of dollars rolling in from Amway every month in residual income.

Comments are moderated but we publish just about everything. Even brainwashed ambots who show up here to accuse us of not trying hard enough and that we are lazy, quitters, negative, unchristian dreamstealers. Like we haven’t heard that Amspeak abuse from the assholes in our upline!

If your comment didn’t get published it could be one of these reasons:
1. Is it the weekend? We don’t moderate comments on weekends. Maybe not every day during the week either. Patience.
2. Racist/bigoted comments? Take that shit somewhere else.
3. Naming names? Public figures like politicians and actors and people known in Amway are probably OK – the owners, Diamonds with CDs or who speak at functions, people in Amway’s publicity department who write press releases and blogs. Its humiliating for people to admit their association with Amway so respect their privacy if they’re not out there telling everyone about the love of their life.
4. Gossip that serves no purpose. There are other places to dish about what Diamonds are having affairs or guessing why they’re getting divorced. If you absolutely must share that here – don’t name names. I get too many nosy ambots searching for this. Lets not help them find this shit.
5. Posting something creepy anonymously and we can’t track your location because you’re on a mobile device or using hide my ass or some other proxy. I attracted an obsessed fan and one of my blog administrators attracted a cyberstalker. Lets keep it safe for everyone. Anonymous is OK. Creepy anonymous and hiding – go fuck yourselves!
6. Posting something that serves no purpose other than to cause fighting.
7. Posting bullshit Amway propaganda. We might publish that comment to make fun of you. Otherwise take your agenda somewhere else. Not interested.
8. Notice how this blog is written in English? That's our language so keep your comments in English too. If you leave a comment written in another language then we either have to use Google translate to put it into English so everyone can understand what you wrote or we can hit the Delete button. Guess which one is easier for us to do?
9. We suspect you're a troublemaking Amway asshole.
10. Your comment got caught in the spam filter. Gets checked occasionally. We’ll get to you eventually and approve it as long as it really isn’t spam.
